    Curd is animal product.
    How can we eat Curd? As per your theory?
    You already told to avoid animal products and again suggest to have Curd which is contradictory.

    చక్కర చెఢ్ఢది కాదు. పాలిష్ చేసి ప్రాసెస్ చేసిన చక్కర చెడ్డది. పాత రోజుల్లో చక్కర స్వీట్స్ లో బాగా వాడేవారు. చక్కర పూర్తిగా మానేయడం వల్ల lactilose లోపం వస్తుంది దానివల్ల మలబద్ధకం వస్తుంది. ప్రజలకి విషయం కరెక్ట్ గా తెలుసుకుని చెప్పండి. సగం సగం తెలుసుకొని చెప్పకండి దయచేసి.

      Lactulose మనుషులు మలబద్ధకానికి కనిపెట్టిన ఒక కృత్రిమ మందు, మలబద్దకానికి సహజంగా వచ్చే పీచున్న పదార్ధాలు తింటే నయమవుతుంది. Lactulose కానీ, sugar కానీ ప్రతి రోజు సేవించాలని ఎవ్వరు సలహా ఇవ్వరు.. డాక్టర్లు కూడ పీచు పదార్ధాలే తినమని సలహా ఇస్తారు.. ఎంతో ఇబ్బంది ఉంటే తప్ప మందుని వాడమనరు.. చక్కర ఎంత unrefined అయినా షుగర్ ఉన్న వాళ్లు తినకూడదు.
