The kata is in two part: single part and couple part. This last part has 10 of the 15 Ju No Kata techniques.

The seiryoku zenyo kokumin taiiku is made up of 2 sections : Tandoku Renshu (Solo training - 28 waza) and Sotai Renshu (With partner) divided into two groups : Kime Shiki (Bujutsu shiki - 10 waza) and Ju Shiki (10 moves of the Ju No Kata), the all kata contains 48 waza.
