Great to hear! Ive never seen nor heard of them and just ordered one because of the sale I was emailed about. Classic Firearms selling the duty version for 250! 13 for limited lifetime warranty. Tax and all it was 309. Cant complain about that in todays times

@@4546gbhgcnju6re I've never heard of TP9 magazines fitting this pistol. it uses SIG P226 magazines -- in fact, the OEM mags that came with my order are Mec-Gar mags stamped P226. I believe that user was mistaken, unless there's some sort of mutual use that I'm not aware of.
Springfield XD is even better...in addition to the striker fire indicator which can be touch checked in total darkness they also have a loaded chamber indicator that can also be checked in total darkness
I believe these pistols are assigned to the Turkish military..that's probably why the cases seem waterproof.they want their soldiers gear and accessories top notch.

The cocked trigger indicator sticks out around a millimeter so that a thumb or finger can simply glide across the back of the slide, instantly letting the shooter know if their weapon is Cocked, Or NOT. ie- Ready To GO TO WORK, or NOT! Would be better to paint the striker cocked indicator with some tritium sight paint. IDK how deep into the pistol it retracts, but it's clearly visible during the day as a red dot. Giving it the ability to glow at night would be a godsend; I'd rather not have part of my manual of arms including "swipe your finger across the back of the slide."
Caps Lock is a button on a computer keyboard that causes all letters of bicameral scripts to be generated in capital letters. It is a toggle key: each press reverses the previous action. Some keyboards also implement a light, to give visual feedback about whether it is on or off.
It's a large and heavy handgun. You can theoretically concealed carry it -- I do -- but it's not comfy by any means when you have other, similarly-priced and similar-quality firearms like the Taurus G3c (i know, stop laughing) which are about half the size with most of the capacity. The included IWB holster doesn't cover any of the slide or sights, so they do tend to dig in when carrying at appendix. I'm told this fits Springfield XD-M holsters, but good IWB options for that are not easily found -- pretty much just the Crossbreed Supertuck, which is very large. I tend to need to have my belt tightened significantly to hold it in place, and it bumps restaurant chairs when I sit down (I carry at 5-oclock, mostly because it either hurts to carry or prints like crazy in any other position).
I don't see it. Trigger is wrong; slide is contoured differently; slide serrations are different; trigger guard different; grip on the Arex is much more angular than the Tisas. It's very definitely patterned after the Springfield XD, but streamlined. Earlier generations had much more similarity to that firearm; check the Gen 2 for that lineage to be a lot more clear.
Also it's at very least a good firearm. I have only had it for a few months, but my first range trip out of the box was 300 rounds of 115 gr without a single failure (I was told it should be broke in with 124 grain but mine experienced no issues).

The firing pin sticks out so you can feel it in a dark setting where you may not be able to see it.

Thumbs up. Great pistol picked mine up when LGS had them for 269.00. By far the best you can by for the money
The indicator sticking out a bit is good because you can feel it. Good for low light situations or when you might not be able to look at it.

Mine breaks right at 3.8 pounds on trigger. Polished bar and got it to about 3.5 to 3.3 pound pull.

The cocked hammer indicater is slightly "proud" so you can test just by feel (in the dark) for example, if it's red to go or not.

Do you know if the mags are the same as the canik mags?
It uses the same mags as the Sig Sauer 226. The Canik tp9sf uses Walther ppq type mags.
It's mags look funny in my little g2c Taurus, but they function.
