Loved this workout! I am 55 post menopausal and want to maintain a healthy weight , cardio fitness and muscle mass, as well as my bine density. These workouts are challenging, fun , and check all the boxes ! I really appreciate you as always… not everyone is 25! ( although these workouts would be tough at any age !) 💪🔥
I love❤ these 40 minute to the point 🏋️♂️ workouts. I am working toward figure how to lose weight, Seems like when I turned 50 my body is working against me. 🥴I am getting no where. But 100% helpful for my mental well being.

Great mix of cardio, strength, abs (and other moves that incorporate core). I'm 55 and working hard to stay fit, healthy, strong and flexible.

Another great workout, I really enjoy the no repeats too. I'm not quite 40 yet, but I've been doing your workouts for about 10 months, especially the strength training ones. I've seen a marked improvement in my hormonal regulation (alongside better nutrition too), and I'm shedding the weight steadily too. AWESOME. I loved it. Thank you. I thought 40 mins might be a bit long but not at all. I usually do 30-35 mins. I am so buzzing now. I am 57 and I'm working on building strength in order to stay healthy and strong. It is definitely working. I look fitter, I feel fitter and I can do the exercises with better form, heavier weights and for longer. I remember when I couldn't do bear kick throughs, I just fell over, but now I'm smashing them. I'm loving it. I am retired 😄 and it's much easier to exercise consistently when you've got more time. 💪
