If you’re happy with your job, I truly pray you remain so because it’s hard to find yourself in such situation.
Let’s face it, some of us are just not built for doing jobs. We try jobs, sometimes one after another, try to stick with them, try to give them a fair chance.. But somewhere in the heart we know that our heart is not in it, we yearn to do something of our own, work for ourselves. It probably isn’t about the job, it is about the person in it, you! A lot of us feel suffocated and stay that way because we see no way out
If you are one of those, wanting to get out of the 9-to-5 job life, then this video is for you. I was just like you, after doing my studies the next obvious stop was to get a job, and I eventually got one too, but then…….. In the video I have shared how I moved from 1 OKAY job to another but never found 'fitting in' happening for myself.
Everyone has their aspirations but on some general level, we always find ourselves looking for societal validation which for sure is accomplished by many by finding a high paying job. That’s how I started my career, like yourself.
In this video I’ll share some tips/thoughts/advices about leaving 9-to-5 and starting own business.
Ma'am, I can really vouch for it! Even though I belong to an engineering background, but wherever numbers were involved, I could easily relate with the logic behind the concept! But more than that, what actually struck me and has stayed with me even today is the warmth and connect you share! The ease with which you stay raw (atleast with your students), the way you don't shy away from sharing your failures so that we as students could learn something out it, is really commendable!
