Stop criticising yourself for your failures. Start appreciating yourself for your achievements.
And after that you will feel , you are working good in your field

" you can be just a simple good human being and that is good enough quality to appreciate about yourself " this line literally made me cry, No one is perfect in everything. Never see a glass half empty because it is half filled also. Whatever happens, happens for a good reason, This will make you a fighter. Like mam said she started her TH-cam channel because of her anxiety and today mam is motivating all of us. You all are strong, you are beautiful and you are enough, Have faith 🙏

I suffer anxiety every day. It is moreover the feeling like you are present physically with society but mentally you are in your imaginary world. It has extremely affected my remembrance. But what helped me to reduce it is to start a journal. It's hard to deal with anxiety but it is not impossible though. I can completely relate to you ma'am💓. Thank you so much for this video. But then I thought that it's my life my problem and only I have to solve it, if others came to solve it, may be I would again got trapped in another problem and then again I would have to reach someone out there!! So Its better to try by oneself and then seek help from outside..but I'm totally wrong.

When we consciously focused on our problems our mind filter out other distractions no matter if those distractions could be the solution it will take it as some unwanted stuff. " mind can be the most obedient thing you possess" Whatever command you throw your mind catch it in no second.
Sometimes, we overlook solutions and get so habitual of anxiety provoking thoughts that knowingly or unknowingly we starts consume it daily like a daily dose.

You are too good in speaking. It really touches my heart. Whatever you had gone through in last 2-3year I'm also going through the same situation or feeling. I'm completely demotivated nowadays feels like worthless. I am sharing my feelings with you rather than a doctor bcoz I'm feeling so relevant with you. I hope you will read my comment and revert me. As my English is not so good I'm so bad in speaking English thatsy also I feel so depressed.

Thanks a lot Alenna Rais. Thinking too much really killing our happiness . Some anxiety will move and push us to make some changes and improve somethings in our life. Must positive thinking and not always complaint others when any issues come. Issues will make us more mature in how to handle the problems calmly and profesionally. Listening your video become my routine and wonderful hours every single day. Every video , i get the important and very very useful points to upgrade my thoughts and my life. God bless you.

Really... Really... very good motivational speech you gave.
There are hardly 1% or 2% people who share their's life issues...
If we want happy life than
    1. Don't compare your self with other.
    2. Don't expect too much.
    3. We don't require certification from anybody.
    4. Stick with certain ethics in life.

very very good advice to park the problem! I was going through a lot in many areas and relationships and situations and this sounds like a great idea at least to park the ones that don't need immediate deal and also, more complex - for example, entangled relationships. Trying to think all together can drive someone insane and I felt like going insane... So, I loved it! I will apply 'park the problem like 3 months etc.'.

Radhika, . Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.
