I know you asked about Tony but it would be too easy to IMDb him and start randomly listing his movies so I'm suggesting something else. Have you ever delved into the expanded universe of Universal Soldier? 2 and 3 were straight to VHS and some of my favorites! They even have Burt Reynolds in them!
Fun fact: director Tony Zarindast was also in his other movie Werewolf as an actor. He was the security guard who turns into a werewolf while driving I believe
For once, Jason almost loses his s***, lol. I was starting to get worried if he could breathe he was laughing so hard. What a great movie. G'night Hardcase! G'night Fist! Whoever the hell you guys are! 🤣🤣🤣
Interestingly enough, Carter Wong is trained in Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate, Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Muay Thai. He was also the World Muay Thai Champion in 1986.
If I saw his "battle mask" up close I'd probably crap twice & run in the opposite direction of him. I'm not messing with that kind of intensity. 🤤🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
Tony, the one with the mustache in the car early on, was the security guard in Werewolf who got tipsy on the champagne and then ran into exploding boxes mid-transformation.
I was looking at IMDB to see if there was a connection with David Prior and this director. I didn't spot anything, but I learned 2 interesting things about David: Apparently, according to IMDB, he was the cinematographer for a behind the scenes interview feature for "Girl With the Dragon Tattoo" in 2012. He also directed the segments for Space Mutiny with the pointless space witches. He also made a Big Foot movie in 2012 with Reb Brown called "Night Claws." Ted is in it, the main bad guy from Deadly Prey is in it, one or two newer actors from Deadliest Prey are in it, and Frank Stallone is in it. It's basically Deadly Prey with a Big Foot... I wouldn't be surprised if they filmed it at the same time as Deadliest Prey, and apparently it has a confusing reference to Deadly Prey.
Carter Wong has been in a ton of movies. The one I love the most, besides Big Trouble in Little China, is Born Invincible. He plays the villain who uses tai chi and the sound effect of him powering up or whatever is the funniest shit. Also, his voice. LOL
I will never be able to watch Big Trouble in Little China again without thinking that Carter Wong had a premonition about starring in this film and actually attempted to force himself to die on camera. The fact he had the premonition while filming the scene where he explodes is purely coincidental.
OMG!!! I was just told about a movie that after watching the trailer has to be absolutely the most insane movie ever. Think Attack of The Killer Tomatoes but a single tire, and most important of all it was released in 2010, and wait for it…. It has Wings Hauser in it!
I just discovered yesterday that there was an unreleased game for the Super Nintendo called "Steven Seagal is the Final Option". It looks to be basically complete. If you ever want to do a Let's Play video, I hereby nominate this game.
@jackflash8218 Well, I've downloaded the game and gone into the options menu, only to be disappointed that Steven Seagal is not, in fact, the final option. It's "Effect," and I have no idea what it actually does. If I had written this game, the last option on the menu surely would be "Steven Seagal," and selecting it would bring you back to the title screen.
Debra Lamb, Fist's gf in this, complained that she was given a role with actual dialogue, but it was cut down to one scene and no dialogue. I think she's been cut out of more films than any other actress. Robocop, Planes Trains and Automobiles, this...
You joking about shitting yourself along with that sunset scene reminded me years ago I fell asleep during the day. A prop plane buzzed my house low at sunset on Wednesday so I woke up to plane buzzing my house, a tornado siren being tested and an eye burning glow over the city and nearly shit myself thinking we had just been nuked 🤣
That close up shot they did to zoom in on... the train, for literally no reason was incredible. I also loved the moment where Jason shot off a barrage of broken, shocked and amazed questions as the movie went off the rails.
That shot of Ted (or his stunt man) in the foreground as the car speeds toward him and flips over was sweet. The rest of this mess was laughably bad. Ted’s shootout at the horse farm was particularly ‘Samurai Cop’-ish. Awesome!
10:00 Erin, and her Judgy Eyes! The gaze! It burns! 10:36 ERIN!! How valid is this? Is this the equivalent of bullshido? 32:44 Dang, big homie stuntman(Fritz?) earning that 6-pack! 34:23 Can't take the jungle out of the lion, baby! 😆😆 29:49 Diamond Dave takes Line Of The Night.
21:11 based on the landscape and the mountains in the background and the airport, it kinda looks like Ontario, CA in the late 80's, but it's hard to say.
Chino or Ontario for sure. I know this was supposed to take place in the Folsom area, but thats exactly what those places looked like back then. That big plane they saw landing could have easily been ONT airport.
1840 in Alaska, dabs ready to go, LET'S DO THIS!!!! Work sucked. A lot. Maybe an update on Sunday. Now then, on to the first Fisting of the week!!!! ON WIT DA FUN
I assume Hardcase was Ted Prior... since that sounds like a op name. Carter Wong was Fist... since Chinese Kung Fu movies use Fist in their titles a lot.
"Carter Wong has no idea what's going on in this film."
Neither do we!
Tony Zarindast is quickly becoming an SBIG legend. What other movies of his should we watch? We need more!
Are you going to make Brian give Tony his chair too?
Death Flash
I know you asked about Tony but it would be too easy to IMDb him and start randomly listing his movies so I'm suggesting something else. Have you ever delved into the expanded universe of Universal Soldier? 2 and 3 were straight to VHS and some of my favorites! They even have Burt Reynolds in them!
Zarindast is the old Italian man who came from his upstairs kitchen. He also played the security guard/werewolf in WEREWOLF.
I had a video on how cheeseburgers are eugenics pop up in my feed...then I saw this. I think I made the right choice with this one.
"There's your edge lighting."
OCP with the jokes!
Thanks guys!
Even OCP is throwing edge lighting jokes in there.
I kept losing it at "WHHOOO are these guys...and why are they fighting" 🤣
The movie is so random🤣
Fun fact: director Tony Zarindast was also in his other movie Werewolf as an actor. He was the security guard who turns into a werewolf while driving I believe
I gotta look for him from now on.
You mean he was in Warwilf?
"Hardcase and Fist" sounds like something I'd watch in the dark. With the door locked. With a bottle of lotion. And some tissues.
Each to their own I guess 🤮
@edwardfletcher7790
And anyone outside the door. I am not a considerate roommate lol
Lovely.
@JasonBrant
In my defense, I don't think the people who made some these movies were thinking about the title. Remember "Blood Fist" lol
One could say there was - and is - a gaping, Ted Prior-sized hole in your lives
Finding SBIG has been such an amazing blessing. No one I know “likes” watching movies like this with me. I barely “like” watching movies Iike this!
Welcome aboard! We can all suffer through these together!
Dave can say "Here we go, baby!" and I can't tell whether he's talking to Pam, Jason, or just himself 🤣🤣
Yes.
Awesome! 😆😂👍🏼👍🏼
All of the above!
🍻
For once, Jason almost loses his s***, lol. I was starting to get worried if he could breathe he was laughing so hard.
What a great movie. G'night Hardcase! G'night Fist! Whoever the hell you guys are! 🤣🤣🤣
Same exact thing JUST happened to Dave very recently! 😆😆
They really are like an old, married couple. 👍🏼
This movie almost broke me. I loved it.
Such a fun watch with all the "What? why? and how?" from Jason and Dave as they tried to figure out the film.
Cider Pam having a go at poor Brian when he wasn't even there to defend himself... not that there's any defending that.
👍🏼😆👍🏼
Every time I see Carter Wong, I remember Born Invincible (1978), in which his superpowers had game show sounds.
Slide whistle FTW
Sounds like our kinda movie!
Interestingly enough, Carter Wong is trained in Shaolin Kung Fu, Karate, Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Muay Thai. He was also the World Muay Thai Champion in 1986.
Also an instructor for the Hong Kong police.
@@ontoverse I didn't know that, but that's supremely awesome! :D
If I saw his "battle mask" up close I'd probably crap twice & run in the opposite direction of him. I'm not messing with that kind of intensity. 🤤🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
This makes his hand wavey bullshido style way more confusing.
@@iriswaters That's what I thought too!
Ive gotten both my chest hairs after watching a SBIG episode
Andy Sidaris?! 😮
Congrats.
Speaking of Ted Prior in non-David Prior movies, he has done an Andy Sidaris film! (Day of the Warrior)
Hell yeah.
I had my first coronary event a few years ago while watching RLM talk about Alien Private Eye. I may have suffered another one today watching this.
Pretty sure I sprained something watching that "Arnold In Rio" thing the other day. 👍🏼😂👍🏼
"Where? When? What? What does it look like? Who?" - Lemro
@ You almost sent me into arrest again by reminding me.
@@Emanistan *"C'MON!! KEEP DANCING, GODDAMMIT!!"* 👏👏👏
I can hear the director: "Well just act like youre driving real fast, youre actors goddamit!" 😅
My favorite Davism is when he tried to mimic the ninja hand sign.
He's a master of bullshido.
Eveytime there's a Vietnam reference, I always think back to the Big Lebowski when they scatter the ashes.
It is our most modestly-priced receptacle.
@@Maladjester What the *fuck* has anything got to do with Vietnam? 😃
Goodnight, sweet prince. 💨😑
👍🏼😆👍🏼
@Maladjester Just cuz we're bereaved doesn't make us SAPS!!
One of my favorite movies.
Its sunday. its 7am in Alaska. Got my dabs
Lets go!
Dude... they're gonna find you half vaporized in a dish-pit somewhere. Dangerous game you're playing, homie.
haha, nice
Jason has his Barbarian Brothers shirt on... outstanding!
"oh Tony, you legend"...is the best complement you can achieve
At this point it’s fair to say Ted Prior has a clause in all his movie contracts that they have to squeeze in a Vietnam scene 🤣🤣
The gol claps at the car roll sent me. I'm holding out hope for the inevitable crossover: Hardcase and Angelfist.
Tony, the one with the mustache in the car early on, was the security guard in Werewolf who got tipsy on the champagne and then ran into exploding boxes mid-transformation.
Puts himself in his movies, usually to die? He's just like Tarantino.
3 guesses what his fetish is. 😆
You know it's not a SBIG video until Dave mentions edge lighting 😂
It's Brian's legacy.
@@JasonBrant ha ha 😄
"That mouth is now calloused. . . " . A sentence I really didn't expect to hear today. ;)
100% a sentence I never thought I would hear . . . EVER! LOL LOL LOL
33:30 man, that must be one of them 30 ROUND "revolvers!"😂😂😂
I love seeing Dave absolutely LOSE IT from one of Jason's jokes/comments
Dave ~ Hardcase... Jason ~ Fist... OCP ~ Found The Edge Lighting.
BTW.... That's the first time I've ever guessed correctly before I got to the end.
I need something to cheer me up after hearing about David Lynch, and this looks promising.
Just heard. That sucks. I really like most of his movies. "Mulholland Drive" I consider a bit of a masterpiece. 👍🏼☺
RIP
Carter Wong is a legend! And not just because he turned into Dave in front of Kurt Russel in Big Trouble in Little China😏.
Why you gotta be hackin' on Dave?? 🤨
@joelspringman523 Take it easy Helen Lovejoy, this is how I show my love.

@joelspringman523 🤔Mhm, you don't seem to understand? Is this a Lou Ferrigno Cage story?
Dave The Diamond's gonna gunn ya down & when asked why he did it he'll say, "He was hackin' on me."

The Carter Wong Breakfast Club End of Movie Fist Pump! I love it.
Carter Wong has been in a ton of movies. The one I love the most, besides Big Trouble in Little China, is Born Invincible. He plays the villain who uses tai chi and the sound effect of him powering up or whatever is the funniest shit. Also, his voice. LOL
No microphones, but the edge lighting looks fine.
The dual sigh at the end there cracked me up the most. This was fantastic!
I gave it my stamp when I read the title.
That's like me hitting the "like" button 0.025 seconds after I start the vid. Cuz I just know. 😃😆😂

Just realized I didn’t even say what the movie is called. It’s called “Rubber”.
@34:08 Credit where credit is due, that’s genuinely a badass stunt.
Right up there with the car that almost hits the Garbage Day guy in Silent Deadly Night 2
I just discovered yesterday that there was an unreleased game for the Super Nintendo called "Steven Seagal is the Final Option". It looks to be basically complete. If you ever want to do a Let's Play video, I hereby nominate this game.

That's always a good choice.
Movies like this are the definition of just because you could, doesn't mean you should; though we're glad you did.
That one prisoner's mustache (5:30) is so thick it looks fake but I don't care, it fits so well that I love it.
25:59 - That one car jump was stock footage from Zarindast's previous movie, "Death Flash" (1986).
At least there's no danger a boom mic getting in shot.
