You know, when someone wins, but NOT against mediocre people, but winning against others who are also very good, it is quite a compliment. And in those cases, it is also very nice to here compliments FOR those competitors. I didn't here any of that, from the performer or judge--but maybe they did elsewhere, I don't know.
