I’ve had a kenalog injection privately for the past 4 years as I’m one of the unlucky 10% you mentioned. I’m 35, would you say the risks are too high for me to continue this?

I can’t give out personal advice, but the fact that this has been taken off guidance due to the balance of benefit:harms ratio, then it’s not something I recommend to my patients. Hopefully the combination of all the other treatments and tips can make a big difference.

What's the worst part for you, the itchy eyes or the sneezing?
Its definitely the sneezing for my wife, especially early mornings, I feel so bad for her, she takes antihistamines but still has huge sneezing fits
