I am from India and I was pleasantly surprised how close to the original this recipe is. We also add green peas and dry mango powder (for that tangy flavour) to the potatoes. Plain tomato ketchup also goes very well with the mint chutney with the samosas!
It's not only the beautiful and peaceful music, the delicious recipes, the quality of the videos, but your class and elegance with which you do every single step...I love your videos...thank you so much.
Your camera, your recipes, your music and the elegance and minimalism of your way of cooking make this and your previous videos some of the best on youtube! You deserve waaaay more subs!
I am an Indian. I can't put into words how much I admire you and what you do. Your level of passion, perfection, humility, simplicity, and kindness (through your advocation of a cruelty-free lifestyle) are virtues that if all of humanity were to possess, even in some limited measure, we'd have a much better world. :)
these videos are so beautiful and the music picked out perfectly in correspondence to what is being made, always looking forward to watching a new episode
aankhon mein aasu agaye I have not seen a foreigner follow the exact recipe and substitute the potato for all sorts of ingredients. You did a great job🥺
I just made this recipe for dinner and it's amazing! I'm a first timer when it comes to these types of food and I was surprised at how great it turned out :)

Love this. When I get lazy, I often make Samosa recipe as a savory pie, with one large dish, a decorative pattern in dough and an extra virgin coconut wash on top. I do love them with some green peas. Your videos are a delight, recipes all doable and delicious. Thank you!

I love your videos... but there is one major thing missing... we never get to see you taste your food! It kills me every time! That's the pleasure of cooking, eating!
I am an Indian. My uncle and aunt, also Indian, live in Tokyo. They have an Indian restaurant (DIYA) in Roppongi Hills. My great-grandfather used to live in Tokyo until his death; he had a chain of restaurants (Maharaja) across Japan: in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. There are many Indians in Japan, and they still hold onto their culture and cuisine. :)
Now I want Samosa sooo much!! I can just smell that vaghar sautee. They taste good with green peas and masala chili powder in the filling too, and the tamarind apple sweet chutney is my fav.
Thank you so much for trying this amazing indian snack. I just want to know how much you like it when you had it. Waiting to see more of indian dishes.
this is also one of my favourite vegan snack. if you want it crispier without bubbles in the wraps, try frying it in medium low heat. Takes 20-25 mins but its worth it. thanks for the chutney recipe☺!!
