On the web page I have no tab for "Layout". Did they do away with that or is that something my installer needs to add?
Jus purchase a home wit solar edge panel system,the previous owners was on a lease program, I paid off the loan, can I still claim the tax credits on the system?
That is not something you can do. The tax credit is not currently available to the people that leased the system. It would be used by the original owner (lessor).
I just bought a home that came with paid solar system from solar edge how can I access this info without a log in?
Congrats on the new home! You'll need to contact the installation company or SolarEdge if the original owner isn't available to help. They should be able to help you gain access to the info.
I have had my system for a couple of years and everything was OK until I recently found that I could no longer log in to the monitoring panel. I have updated the password but am still unable to login. The message I receive when trying is 'Username or password are incorrect'.
Any suggestions are gratefully accepted.
We suggest contacting your installation company or SolarEdge.
I can't see the layout option, but my installer can. Why?
You should have access to the layout. We would recommend contact your installer to get that setup.
I don't see the panels or the layout icon on my account. App or online.

@@thesolarenergychannel When I first got my system I had problems logging in. Then I discovered that I could log in OK using the Firefox browser, although not when using the Chrome browser.
