Hello, my solar edge app shows consumption but nothing for production. When I pull it up on the web browser for my site, it shows my consumption and production. I recently had my optimizers changed out after they quit working. Could that be a dynamic at play, my installer seems stumped. Thanks
Jus purchase a home wit solar edge panel system,the previous owners was on a lease program, I paid off the loan, can I still claim the tax credits on the system?
That is not something you can do. The tax credit is not currently available to the people that leased the system. It would be used by the original owner (lessor).
Congrats on the new home! You'll need to contact the installation company or SolarEdge if the original owner isn't available to help. They should be able to help you gain access to the info.

On the web page I have no tab for "Layout". Did they do away with that or is that something my installer needs to add?

I can't see the layout option, but my installer can. Why?
You should have access to the layout. We would recommend contact your installer to get that setup.
