Venice tour over the Bridges. And town’s streets takes me back o my trip with friend Anne in 1970s a d friends 1980s.Great times great places to visit.May the tours continue and Venice have a love for its future safe and to let residents and visitors see the Florey of this place.
We're very interested in 'slow TV', no presenters, muzak, opinion, just an unchanged and immersive walk with natural sounds and real time sights. Thanks for adding this really enjoyable one. I hope between us we can spread these kind of videos around a little.
Your videos are just too good ProWalks. Living in China, where it's all concrete boxes and neon lights, watching videos like this makes me feel like I'm in a different world. Italy really looks spectacular.
Hey, thanks. I hopr to continue making walks for a long time. Thanks for the support! If you have any recommendations on how to make the walks better feel free to let me know.
You are doing a wonderful job of providing excellent photo opportunities. This is a wonderful walk, and we remember every step from our past visits. Thank you for making this video!
Amazing video, as usual!! You are doing such a fantastic job at this😍😍😍😍😍😘😘❤️❤️ All of your videos are amazing. You bring your viewers right to the streets of Italy. Thank you thank you thank you !!!
Absolutely beautiful. The best of the Grand Canal and you can see the Rialto Bridge most of the time. After the last several months planning a 2021 vacation solely along the Amalfi coast (beautiful in itself), we broke down and decided on three nights in Venice. Staying on the Lagoon, five minutes from St. Mark's Square. Cross #2 off our two cities on our bucket list to see! #1 was Paris, and we did that in 2018, and we made that trip only after watching several of your videos. We will feel quite complete after Italy! But how in the world can 25 people give a thumbs down on a video like this? I just feel sorry for them. The work you do acts as a guide to a city that people are planning to or thinking of visiting; it transports those who will never go there for various personal reasons; and it simply makes people happy. Pretty worthwhile vocation.

Wow you have got class. Beautiful. I want to cry. I can't afford to go to Italy, it's my dream. But this is just as good, I'm Italian Australian, never been to Italy, my Roots. Thank you ❤️
Wow. You really captured the Grand Canal of Venice. The view from the top of the bridge is amazing. Walking along the canals is interesting in all directions.
This is incredible. You're the 2nd person I've found on TH-cam who does this. Your filming is very controlled and the audio is perfect. Thanks for doing what you do. 👍
Hey, no...I think it will be 2am for you....but the video will be still be up after that. This is probably the nicest walk of them all really. I hope you enjoy it! :)
You are getting so masterful! Every weekend my best friend comes over and we eat dinner with your providence projected on the wall like a giant window. The panoramas here are patient, and we indeed enjoy a better world as we dine like gods. PS- I took your reco and made Caprese salad. It so rocks.
Ciao, thanks! I'm on a plane right now heading back up to Venice....this time with my folks, but I'm planning on filming one more Venice walk. :) anything you want to see?
@@ProWalks I'd have a request if I'd followed my parents' advice to me. They said, "Pete, the one place you have to visit in the World is Venice." Now I can, thanks to you. Please share this with yours. We only get two of these, and they are precious. One day perhaps you'll make it to the Acropolis and Athens. I have been there, but I'm sure you'll show it the way I couldn't really see it when I was that young. Have a great trip - your parents have every reason to be very proud of you for your great contributions to us all.
Even though it wouldn't be a walk or a bike ride, I have never seen a TH-cam video from a canal front seat of a gondola, leisurely going from one end of the Grand Canal to the other and back. That would be a spectacular experience to watch. Pls pls
That's a good idea. I was thinking about going back to Venice while I am traveling up north. I should just hire a private motor boat to take me through all the canals for a couple hours. Hmmmm...I'll look into it.
@@ProWalks that would be fantastic, to not only do the Grand Canal from end to end, but many of the smaller, picturesque canals! Looking forward to it. Fantastic work. I hope to be there next summer! Fingers crossed.
Btw, how are you finding the in-ear microphones, would you recommend them? Does the recorder pick up any sound from the connecting wires rubbing against you?
I think the in-ear mics are a must. They are amazing. .....except that I have to be careful not to breath too heavily. During my Roman Forum walks the mics picked up some clicks. I'm not sure what from. I've had no other issues. Sometimes I have to adjust the earbuds and so you can hear a little static for a second but not too bid a deal. I could edit it out but never do.
@@ProWalks Thanks for the quick response, it sounds like they are working really well for you, and producing good audio for us viewers. I may look into trying some in the future myself :)
I really love the video, and you deserve all the credits, but I found the logo on the left a little distracting in the whole immersive experience of watching the video.
Yeah, i was wondering about that. This is the first video i have added a watermark. A lot of people have asked to use my videos and so my only thought was that maybe this would help prevent any unwanted use of my videos.
I think the video is mesmerizing. To be honest, your videos are 4K, if I would want to use your videos I would just crop the video image, leave out the logo and I would still have an HD quality video. I think it's difficult to avoid, although I understand your concern. You should be properly rewarded for your work.
Hello-I love all of your videos!! They are beautifully done. I have been to all of the places in Italy that you have captured, and you have captured it perfectly! I do have a question though. If I want to capture personal videos of this quality I know I should get the equipment you have, but where in the world to do you put it all? I see you have a wearable camera holder, but where do you put it? Also, the microphone looks handheld, so how would I catty everything. I give you props for being able to handle it all and still capture the beauty of Italy. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Going back to Italy next year for my birthday!! Thank you and keep producing these awesome videos!! :-)
Hi Jamie, I am just filming with a Gopro Hero 7 on a selfie stick. I would highly recommend it. The Gopro is lightweight, durable, can fit in a purse, easy to use, always in focus, and the video quality is great. I also use an EVO SS gimbal just so I can get smooth video when I look up or down, left or right. If you go to my channel and click on the community tab, I posted a picture of my setup a while back. I wear the microphones in my ears which connect to the recorder I carry in my shirt pocket (an H1 Zoom). All the products are listed in the video description of my videos. For just general travel purposes of capturing moments, I would recommend just using the Gopro 7 by itself. The other components kind of make it a pain to quickly start recording something but the whole setup is very easy to carry and walk around with for hours. Thanks for watching!
Very nice to see these being posted! I notice that buildings look a bit curved - the Hero 7 has something called "linear mode" which is supposed to eliminate that. Have you tried it yet?
Hey Dave, yeah, the Linear mode isn't available in 4K which is why I haven't used it. Figured 4K would be better than a little fisheye. Not everyone agrees. :) I did just buy the Osmo Pocket though for this reason. Should be here in a couple weeks.
Yeah, I had just gone in December but wanted to go back and film a few things I missed. I was surprised to see how busy it was compared to how it had been in December.
