Gotta agree, watching this reminds me of my recent trip to Venice too. Any favourite spots you'd recommend? Always love finding new spots on future trips to share in my channel.
Little suggestions: The San Marco tower is the tallest but doesn't have the tallest view point (that's the campanile dei Frari). In any case you get a better view for a cheapest price and less cue on the tower of the San Giorgio church Also the terrace at Fondaco dei Tedeschi Is free and beautiful (although remember to reserve it on the web page)
Loved seeing Venice through your lens! Reminds me of my own trip to Venice recently. Gondolas sure looks like a highlight, but I gotta say getting lost in the quieter canals sounds nice too. Also, that Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo viewpoint sounds amazing - adding it to my list for next time! 🇮🇹
Thank you, we’re headed off to Venice this Fall. Quite excited. Appreciate the amazing information..wonderful video, a good combination of personal experience but with professional delivery.
@@InvestedAdventure we'd be there just for 2 days, it's part of our Italy trip, more likely Catholic churches, especially San Sebastián, our patron saint, for our pilgrimage..thank you for the wonderful tips..
We always use the Booking platform for accommodation. Avoid only visiting the tourist hotspots in San Marco! Go to the other areas as well that we highlight in the video.
My favorite of the three Tom Holland movies is Homecoming. I wanna visit Italy. Having said that, wasn’t crazy on the whole multiverse concept and the Infinity Stones.
We were there at the end of April. It was quite chilly on most days. Definitely pack warm... jackets, sweaters, etc. as Venice is right on the water so it gets cold!
she is a nice country and please and please be careful about natural disaster in your country but i wish you are fine and have a nice day with peace and have a good healthcare and going an oher country and no death in your country and i wish you are fine and have a good healthcare
Best thing you can do in Venice is to catch the train to Padova and have much better holiday in a real and beautiful Italian city…. Skip the overpriced tourist trap… unless you are a fan of stinky hotels with bed bugs, then Venice is a place for you…
did you see the giant "TOURISTS GO HOME!" spray painted outside the Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia train station? lol. We had a great time in Venice but holy crap do they hate American Tourists. I feel like unjustifiable discust was aimed our way throughout Italy but was more palpable in Florence and Venice than anywhere else. I was in italy about 20 years ago and don't recall it being like this. I wish they would care more about the pickpocketers and graffiti artists spray painting every building in these beautiful cities as much as they do side eyeing tourists and getting pissed if you pronounce bruschetta incorrectly.
We didn't see that sign! Maybe it was gone? We didn't feel the hate towards tourists as much but maybe that's because it wasn't such a crazy busy time. After all, almost the entire economy of Venice relies on tourists 😅
@@worldwildhearts The entire economy of Venice relies on the hundreds and hundreds of Bangladesh citizens that are brought in to run the place since there are like 15 actual Venizians left lol. We were surprised at how many Indian's were in italy, in some places it was more prevelant than others, but some italian restaurants ran exclusivly by Bangladesh migrant workers was crazy.
the best choice for visit Venice and save money is: Find a place near station in Treviso City (i recomend place like Palazzina Trevigiana or Chiarano home near Treviso Station low price and everything you need for a long stay) . Do not sleep in Venezia Mestre is not a safe place, too much bad people very risky. if you stay in Treviso with direct train (every 20 minutes) you can go to venice easily in less then 40 minutes , so you can visit 2 special cities without spend too much. ☺
Mestre really isn't bad! Didn't feel unsafe and it was super convenient to get to Venice by train or bus :) We stayed there and so did friends who've been to Venice before

You mean GetYourGuide?
What month were you in Venice? We are going in late November and I’m curious about how to pack for the weather.
We were there at the end of April. It was quite chilly on most days. Definitely pack warm... jackets, sweaters, etc. as Venice is right on the water so it gets cold!
92 days left till November 2024.

How much is the tour guide
It was about 30 US$ per person for the guided walking tour. Link to more details is in the description below the video!
You must visit Romania!
It's high on our bucket list!! Hopefully soon! It's part of the Schengen now, so we are restricted on our time in Europe
Heyy! Been to Romania before and shared about my trips there on my channel. Any cool spots you'd recommend for travel vloggers like me? 👀👀

Fondaco Dei Tedeschi has better views than Bovolo. And it is free.
