- @sillysid123 won this lovely antique Hoover 725 on ebay and had it sent straight here for us to have a look at, and for me to refurbish it! I have done this now, and this machine works better than it has done for decades now! Let me show you how it's come up, what had to be done and how it works now! Then it can be boxed up and go to it's proper home and we can see what Sillysid thinks 🤞

Whay an amazing transformation, great work!
I do love these antique vacuum cleaners. This particular one is a gem. Ive had my 825 for a good while now and even though it has its limitations in modern day living i love it for its ye olde world charm and originality.
My previous one was one of those you have for sid there Sam. Only got the 825 as i wanted to experience the light too.
Great work on this one too.
Wow! That is super COOL! 😎
Many many many thanks my friend!! 😁😁😁
Amazing restoration!
Thanks! They do come up well, and it wasn't chewed up which helps
It cleaned up well😆😃
It did! 3 passes with 0000 wire wool and autosol, pulled all the corrosion off! Have it sat on your lap whilst watching the TV and doing it some more for a few hours and it would shine
Absolutely fantastic mate u have made me proud to of chosen you to restore her. I will look forward to demoing it on my channel cant wait. To own my earliest Victorian pre war hoover vacuum. WOOOOOOOOOOW 😊
It's a little young to be Victorian unfortunately, Queen Victoria died in 1901
We were about to say the same thing! Sam too mentioned this in the video.
There were never any portable electric vacuum cleaners during Victoria's reign.
The earliest Spangler machine from 1908 would be Edwardian (Edward VII)
The first 'Hoover' branded machines came along in 1915 and would be Georgian (George V)
We hope that SillySid123 enjoys his latest machine and we look forward to a flat demo.
Call it creative license? 😂
HEY kisluxbag !! I have been watching you for years and im so proud of where you have made it! I love you so much! Also thanks for making my day
