These are arguments regarding the email correspondence between Antonio Sledge's attorney Derek Wright and Prosecutor Adriane Love, in December 2022 before Sledge signed the plea deal. The jury is not present.

I'm so over her lies.. Kat, she was TOLD to email everyone last night. SHE DIDNT! she sent a TEXT, to Mr Wright - then said he said he sent it last night....this morning, she said "he text back, but I haven't logged in and checked.." Then she said,"I just found out I was texting a wrong number ..." How did he "respond??" Love is not incompetent she knows exactly what she's doing. Everytime she gets up stammering over her file folder rambling. She is purposely trying to confuse and misdirect.

At what point will a judge put their foot down on her? She should be jailed for making these guys sign pleas on things they have no knowledge of and never told her. She just made up her own facts to fit the case which in all cases does not even involve the witnesses. This is absolutely disgusting

Whitaker is showing her true colors of bias increasingly, and she’s helping the state who didn’t even follow instructions of said judge. No consequences for Love. Also, Whitaker’s rudeness to Adams is giving me Glanville/Shardt vibes and it’s obvious. Respect that mam.

So a recap: Love showed Wright a final plea deal to sign. She sent an “updated” email to sign ADDING a clause NOT seen by Wright. He assumed Love was sending the plea that was agreed to. She knew it was a blindside! She’s sneaky & awful!

Shardt knows how to match energy. Other attorneys would have sat down but he stood up to Love and the Judge. This is why Glanville didn’t like him…. He has common sense.

I honestly don't like the judge volume when it comes to the defense and she very helpful to the DA and that is frustrating. I really don't think the judge remember anything she says because she goes back and change her mind of stuff that she says from the day before.

Hi Katt, thank you for your analysis and coverage Ms. Love Changed the language and content of that plea deal she had that man sign which was false and different from what he actually said, didn't know or agree with love needs to be reported to the state's bar she is spiteful and slick showing a direct disdain for the defendants and disrespect to the Georgia constitution and us constitution and official misconduct. I noticed all of her team wasn't present at state's table Mr. Brown came later and Mr. Atkins and Madame Researcher followed suit but no Ms. Hylton.

Not to beat a dead horse on “Alford case”, but, she is purposely using words of “in my best interest”… it has got Sledge confused by saying he signed the non-Alford case because it’s in “his best interest”.. and she’s hammering it. She’s using the confusion she created for him.
Love is purposely trying to confuse the 2 cases that he signed plea deals… and the words “in my best interest”… because in Alford case, it says ‘I’m not guilty, but signing in my best interest.’ “I am entering this plea of guilty pursuant to North Carolina v. Alford, 400 U.S. 25 (1970) because while I do not admit that I committed the crime charged, I understand that evidence against me is sufficient for a conviction and it is in my interest not to go to trial.”

I wish they would say we are not saying yall didn’t make changes. Yall are not telling the whole truth the state needs to tell the jury that they wouldn’t change some of them that the witness requested. That’s the truth . I had to pop in and out on yesterdays live because I was actually busy at work.. I know, the audacity right lol🙄 but after rewatching, I thought about how this could possibly hurt the attorney in a negative way.. if someone just watches clips of him on the stand, they might think he’s incompetent or was unable to provide proper counsel to his client. Love called him to the stand out of pure selfishness, because she wanted to try and clean up the mess she made.. knowing it was her fault in the first place. She again, tried to be sneaky and again thought she wouldn’t get caught.. it’s just terrible. 😞 I also wish we could see all the different “plea agreements” and changes.. because something ain’t right about what how she ended up slipping in that same issue her and the attorney were going back and forth about in the first place 😤😤

Last night love said on camera she had the only copy of 460y she had it in her hands. Then this morning she acts like she is looking for it saying she can’t find it. I really want Mr wright to make a copy of that email and the plea and give it to defense because judge was like just make another copy. In thinking love made a whole new different copy last night and gave it to the judge as the actual one that was emailed to mr wright.

The State play loose and free with the time of the Court, the right to a speedy Trial, and the right to Liberty that has been denied to the Defendants, who are at this point innocent until proven Guilty. It’s complete disrespect that needs to be stamped out by the Judge.
Love is the type that can make a story out of the clouds in the sky and relate it to YSL and make it believable. Meanwhile the judge is constantly telling them to start on time but never does reprimand anybody

It’s starts about 2:45 but in the beginning love said the witness told her u made me wanna unalive myself. That shows that love has been harassing these witnesses to get them to testify locking them up when they don’t want to testify but it was the question about her mom that pissed me off

Now, I feel invested in figuring this out.
We all want this to be fair and over and since no one has nothing to hide, the State should just be allowed to play all the videos and wiretaps so it'll move along faster. It's not like they're gonna be exposed because they're innocent!

Why is the judge always helping Miss Big Bird Love with the right arguments?
So since everyone sees this judge is helping the state WHY hasn’t everyone filed their motions to remove her like they did Glanville.
Because bias has to be overt. They rarely act on that complaint. Glanville was recused for not following procedure after the motion to recuse. Even the ex parte was determined not unethical. He just should have referred it to another judge. At least that was the determination.
This is another BS case with another new Judge that we all thought was going to fix this case.
