Ladle Spoon Carving with Saburrtooth Buzzout wheels

  • Join us as we teach you how to carve a ladle spoon using the Saburrtooth Buzzout wheel and a few other burrs.
    If you have not tried out the Buzzout wheels they are a great tool for hollowing out spoons and bowls. Be sure to use them on a die grinder and not a Foredom style tool as they are too heavy and large to safely be used in a hand piece style carving unit.
    Remember to go slow and if you are new to carving we recommend you order the green coarse grit on finer until you are comfortable using the tools.
    As always be sure to wear your safety glasses, hearing protection, canvas or leather apron and respirator when carving.
