At the time, it's not as scary. The cult provides a security blanket of people who will look after you whilst everyone else is against you. You are in this mindset, and this mindset becomes your life. I find the reflection when I look back more scary.
Define cult? Some people may think a cult is like what they see in the movies , other wake up in a cult everyday and it looks like our everyday life. Either way escaping can be so difficult.
Kids get sick, dog gets sick. Stuff breaks like the car or the plumbing.. Kids grow out of clothes and shoes. Life at welfare payments level is constant poor quality but affordable goods which break more. Rinse and repeat over and over.
Such a shame you are so concerned about the quality of the audio. Yes it is poor in places but I recommend you listen to what is actually said rather than criticising the audio quality. If you do, perhaps you might learn something?
The Order doesn't exist anywhere online, so I assumed she used a different name. And maybe it's due to legal investigation, maybe it's to keep ridicule to a minimum. Because a lot of people online like to nitpick or find reasons to invalidate human experiences that they themselves haven't heard of or experienced. That's been my experience, having also been in 2 cults (the Quiverfull movement and Teen Mania Ministries Honor Academy).
For god sakes, if your honest , why did I just watch a video where the same speaker found $12,000.00 in cash. Get the stories straight. Creative is genius, calling yourself honest then the story completely different here, come on people!
1 husband may have taken the money back, sounds like he would. All or some. 2. Rental bond. Compulsory insurance for house, and the bond. Fire levy. Probably more things I have forgotten. Fridge and washing machine for laundry. School books. Clothes for everyone. Shoes for everyone. Beds a table and chairs. There is so much.
