It's really funny. We woke up this morning, and after lounging for half an hour or so, I rolled over and asked Katie "What do you want to do for breakfast? We have milk that needs to get eaten, so... cereal? Or biscuits and gravy?" She responded with "I was definitely thinking biscuits and gravy." Since we were both thinking of the same thing, that's what we made (non-vegan version, sorry, though this does look really good, and that Gimme Lean is legit tasty). Then I look on TH-cam, and what have you all uploaded but a vegan version of what we made! And you used the actual spoontula, too! (It's not great for breaking up that Gimme Lean, is it? About the only thing it doesn't excel at!) Long story short, great video, if weirdly premonitional. Is that a word? Premonitional?

We use it in our breakfast burritos, and it's fantastic as an ingredient. Super heavy on the fennel seed, so it's not great as an "on its own" sausage patty, but as a component of something more, it's really good.
how is this channel not more popular? im an absolute meat lover, but dam son my knees get weak for good biscuits and gravy and they look so guuuuuud

I've never tried gimme lean (prefer field roast), but I may have to try it. I will go all out and use the whole log/package of sausage though.
