    The real scandal is that the BBC at one point agreed to pay Gary Lineker ONE MILLION POUNDS A YEAR to introduce a few highlights on autocue once a week. I also like the fact Jermaine Jenas felt the need to announce he won't be returning almost like he expected the country to declare a day of national mourning.

    Match Of The Day: 22nd August 1964-Liverpool v Arsenal, 3-2 to Liverpool.
    The very first MOTD program was 55 mins long & the intro was given by a continuity announcer introducing the program. The very first match commentry was given by the great Kenneth Wolstenholme, who did the commentry for three years (1964-1967) before David Colman took over. He was given intermittent co-commentry by the ex-Wales & Arsenal player Walley Barnes.
    Wolsenholme introduced & closed the program standing on the pitch, no studio, no incessant punditry, who needs them!

      That's kinda exactly how the Nazis described Jews in the early 30s. I don't understand what you're disagreeing or why you're calling me an idiot, you can dislike the comparison all you like but I'm afraid you can't refute it. So if you don't like it then maybe consider speaking up against the way the Tories are describing these asylum seekers whilst still supporting the bill.

      Plus the UK government has contributed to this refugee crisis with it’s illegal and offensive invasion of Iraq,it’s involvement in the Syrian civil war,by supporting dictators in certain countries and by contributing to political instability and poverty in many countries.If they want to be accountable for their mistakes they should process these migrants and allow anybody who doesn’t have a criminal record in their home country has someone in the UK who’d be willing to take financially support them until they can support themselves to stay.
