I'm really pretty impressed. Over the years I've seen so much bad dancing taught as "blues" it is always refreshing to see someone actually taking the time to discuss technique. A bit different than how I grew up dancing to the music, but not that far.
@MrMootheMighty No it is not. The rolling movement he is doing is a super simplistic version of the fishtail. The leg to leg connection he shows is based on the exact same principles as the mooche. He isn't super good (about your average intermediate blues dancer) but very little in this video is actually wrong. I can post footage where you will see the same things he talks about done at a higher level if you are interested.

Thanks, I liked your video.

Everything after 4:15 - "How to be that Weird Guy in your Blues scene."
@bounce510 Is this sarcasm?
Please PLEASE PLEASE don't EVER do anything after 4:15 on the dance floor! You WILL be the creepy guy in your dance scene.
Yes. YES. FINALLY a blues instructor that shows us that women are simply human dog hair rollers. It all makes sense now.
Erroll Brown, YOU Sexy thing you.
Ack. There's ways of properly using thigh contact to lead and then there's this... please for the love of all that is holy don't do this.
