My 7 year old son was terrified of his skateboard until we found your videos a few weeks ago. Now he's ripping around and his confidence is soaring. His mom and I are skateboarding too and I landed my first shuvit today. Thanks Aaron!

I think utilizing the super slow mo edits is the most helpful aspect of these videos. I think using that footage helps the audience so much!! I know in the past watching the slow mo parts is what helped me land my NBDs

I cant believe I was doing varial flip and backside 180 flip back in 1988, that was about as hard as tricks were for street back then because Rodney didn't event all those cool tricks you guys have now.
A while back in a video I commented that you guys should start adding slow motion when a trick is done and I got a reply "I'll talk to the editors about it" don't know if you got from me but if you did cool if not someone else. I'm just happy that you listen to your fans/subscribers and for that I tip my hat to you. 👏
One important tip that helped me is to do this: in your mind think of kicking your front foot straight forward only. Don't try to go with the pop shuvit with your front foot, remember to try just kicking your front foot straight.
i recently tore the ligaments in my foot while skating during quarantine so i cant skate anymore. but before that happened i was learning varial kicks and im happy so say this video definately helped for when i get back on my board

I just landed my first few varial kickflips yesterday!! _Thing is_ I can't do a regular kickflip yet. @Gabe help me out dude, what did you change to be able to learn kickflips after varial kickflips???????? Was it just in back foot position on the board somehow?
