    Did you use 2 instapots? One for meat, one for rice?

    Mutton for 5 min only??? When i cook it it takes 21-22 min to be fully cooked? I use shank as well.

    • @TheHomeMakerBaker
      @TheHomeMakerBaker  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Fresh baby goat shank never takes me more then 5-6mins. The older the animal the more tough the meat and hence it takes more time. Frying for 4-5mins + the pressure, so 8-10min in total is more then enough but if you know ur mutton takes time u can pressure it accordingly

    Salam sister. Thank you for the video, if I increase the amount of lamb do I increase the amount of water that I put in when I cook the lamb alone? And if I increase to 3 or 4 cups of rice do I do 4 and 5 cups of water respectively

    • @TheHomeMakerBaker
      @TheHomeMakerBaker  ปีที่แล้ว

      W/salam. If it is just a little bit more, I would keep the same amount of water for the lamb/goat meat. You can increase the water for rice accordingly. For basmati I suggest finger tip test which is usually more accurate. For sela I usually add 1.5 times the water but it varies on the time u soak them as they absorb more water then basmati. I hope it helps :)
