I say this most times he appears, and I do like jack/ross/andrew/maffew a lot of course, but there is not nearly enough Pacitti on the channel. Seeing him on the news or doing a voiceover is far from watching him goof around and banter with the bois, so I'm looking forward to this already.

The Frosted Flakes pitch is legitimately amazing. It’s classic WWE.
Hosting ROH in a place like Full Sail or the Temple that NXT & Lucha Underground use to use I think would elevate the product. An invested & dedicated small crowd can make things feel a lot more exciting.

I thought about Daily's place. I think that would be perfect. As well as keeping all ROH title defenses on ROH TV.

War & Peace is a good read. It’s long (obviously) but not a particularly taxing book. Flows quite nicely. I’d been lying if I remembered all the specifics as it’s been ages since I read it but yeah, give it a go. If you’re looking for a great Russian read, I’d recommend Dostoevsky (The Brothers Karamazov especially). Gogol not to my taste.
The Hungry Caterpillar is also good (although I only got around to reading that more recently).

I can definitely see where Adam is coming from on AEW being harder to follow. One of my major problems with WWE was that it felt, at times, like it was catered to small children or people with short term memory problems. The second half of the show was roughly 50% recaps of earlier in the show or what happened in the weeks before. However, I understand that makes the product very easy to drop in and out of. Especially in the PRE-Triple H era, you could legit not watch any of the week to week shows, watch the PPV and basically have everything make sense. I personally watch Dynamite and Collision every week (still do not watch Rampage, the show is a waste of time IMO), and love the references and such. I really miss back when BTE was more of a thing and the subtle nods that they would make to BTE storylines/gimmicks. I do agree that TK needs some help in the balancing act of 4 hours of TV (yep Rampage = Main Event so does not count) and roughly 40 story lines. And Please TONY BOOK THE WOMEN BETTER.
Rampage is a good in ring hour watch before smackdown. The other week with top flight and action andrehti vs Penta komander and vikingo was a fun match to see. It's a cool preshow for smackdown.
War and Peace is my bed side book, I've been reading it for a few years now, keep a dictionary nearby too. Currently on Chapter 1, sentence 3 looking forward to finding out who done it, and what they did.
I can practically hear both Tom and Ross yelling out at Jack's spooky bollocks pitch going "That's a no!"
ROH shifting to someone else, along with a chunk of the roster, would go well with getting their own place. This reminds me of an idea I had when the split was first suggested, which was to have either Cary Silkin reappear or somebody else in a position of power take over Daily's Place, as a kayfabe reason for them to stay in one location. Only issue is when AEW returns to Daily's, but there's different ways they could work it out.
I did not expect to hear a Wacky Races pitch. Used to love watching that cartoon. Question is, what'd be the theme of their cars.

What if NXT had a King of the Ring tournament where the winner would receive a title shot for one of the main belts and a chance to move up to one of the main rosters? Would be a great way of moving people up when ready.
Joe ---> Swerve ---> Ospreay ---> Cole my next 4 AEW Champions
Things I want to see from specific companies in 2024:
WWE:
1)Continued momentum throughout the year. I don't watch WWE week to week, but I've been more interested than I have been in a long time.
AEW:
1) Return/revamped rankings system & divisions. (international championship division, world title division, etc. )
2) Swerve World title run
3) Refocus in the tag team, trios, and women's division
4) Specific wrestlers on each show. Not a hard brand split, but for example the continental champion stories being told on Collision and the International championship division on Dynamite could help the titles establish an identity and not feel devalued as well as knowing which stars we can expect to follow each week.
5) The Owen Cup (men & women) and C2 being the only tournaments this year. Both ending with the winner getting a title shot at the next big PPV. Example: Owen cup winner gets the main event slot at All In.
ROH:
1) Little to no title defenses on AEW TV.
2) Finding a permit home at Daily's place
3) Finding its own unique voice through a sports based wrestling product.
NJPW:
1) More focus on the homegrown talent. It feels like everyone is starting to settle in their roles.
2) Compelling G1 with only two brackets.
TNA:
1) Just to continue rebuilding itself.

Listening to Adam's second pitch and the justification "Everyone is going to be expecting Will to win, so just don't do it" reminds me of Drew vs Roman at Clash of the Castle, and the utter not at all accepting reaction of the fans to that result despite how obvious it looked like Drew's victory was leading into it. This strikes me as more of the same as that and honestly, no offence to Swerve Strickland, he's not over enough as a face to not get booed out of the building if that happens. Would be a great mega heel booking move for Swerve though.
I hate swerve booking for the sake of 'well the fans expect it, so let's not do it' - sometimes the obvious story is the best story to tell.
Having Ospreay challenge for the title at Wembley and lose is such a WWE mentality - they love getting cheap heat by pissing off the hometown fans to get a reaction.
Ospreay WINNING the title at Wembley would be the right thing to do - theres no bigger platform you could give him to win the title on than in front of his home fans at a major ppv.
I think King/Queen of the Ring being for the Intercontinental Title shot at Summerslam could be awesome

If they bring back King of the Ring I'd love for them to make it this massive thing company wide. Most of the time it's just 'Here's 8 people we picked randomly and they're in a tournament now' but I want a 64 man or even 128 man tournament. The Continental Classic has shown us the add value that can be added from having greater stakes than just an imaginary winners purse so I think it'd be neat to have stuff on RAW/SD/NXT progressing this tournament. Heck, you could even have qualifiers on LVL UP where someone could have a breakout moment by getting through to a few rounds, akin to a non league club going on an FA Cup run. Or maybe bring in some one shot deals from Japan or Mexico to show how prestigious this thing is that it's attracting attention from overseas.
My pitch is Ilja is the one to take the IC belt off Gunther
While I understand Jack’s criticisms, spooky nonsense is part of pro wrestling’s biology now. When it’s bad, it’s horrid; but when it’s good it’s incredible. The Firefly Funhouse Match is one of my favorite things that WWE has ever done.
My pitch is for Jack to be a man his word!

Adam doesn't like "thrown together" tag teams winning the WWE Women's Tag Titles, so his solution is to break up the first women's tag team that's been used consistently since the IIconics? Kayden and Katana have been tagging for 3 1/2 years and are the first team to win the NXT and WWE belts, and you want to burn that down to give Nia Jax a lengthy run with a belt?
Damage Control wanting all the belts and getting increasingly frustrated by Kayden and Katana's underdog heroics is 100x more interesting than anything Nia is going to do with a mid-card belt. Bring Ricky Morton to the Performance Center for two weeks to teach Katana, Kayden, Asuka and Kairi the beats of the R&R Express - Horsemen feud.
Katana still has some residual pop in the United States from American Ninja Warrior, has massive charisma, and can pull off insane aerial spots.
You guys should cover Stardom and TJPW sometimes. There’s an audience for it!
Just give ROH to Jeff Jarrett. He wouldn't own the company but he at least has history of running a wrestling company. Just make sure you make it so he's not allowed to make himself world champion.

I think the women’s tag division is in a solid position to improve right now, the division should be built around Kayden & Katana for years to come. Add a few other women’s tag teams and let them build chemistry together like Bliss and Morgan (when they return), Bayley and Kai, Henley & Stratton, etc.

I would love a King of the Ring Tournament. I personally would have Solo Sikoa win the tournament making him Number one Contender for SummerSlam, have him beat Cody Rhodes to become Champion & then this is when Roman returns and slow build for Solo vs Roman starts for WrestleMania 41.

As someone who loves 'spooky shit' in wrestling, it has to be all or nothing. If you're running a relatively reality based promotion, I don't mind a spooky gimmick - as long as it's grounded in reality. If the House of Black is a bunch of culty weirdos who brainwash people, I'm fine with it.
But if they start summoning monsters or shooting fireballs, then no... I'm not cool with it.
On the other hand, if you're Lucha Underground or CHIKARA , and you've established that everything's fair game and you're willing to commit to that 100%, then have at it.
I guess what I'm saying is that you either have a wrestler who's an ACTUAL undead ghost pirate or you don't. You can't have someone be a crazy voodoo priest one week and then just a guy in make-up the next, only to expect me to believe it the following week when he's beating his opponent with a voodoo doll the week after.
Either you commit to it across the board, or not at all.

The one thing I really don't want is another title reign that last forever. These titles being on Roma, the Uso's and Gunther forever I think hurt the company and opened the door for AEW (of course they went nuts and added 30 different belts 😅) but with all these great wrestler's in their prime and killing it week in aweek out they need to have something to show for it. Even if it's only for a month or so
I've said it before and I'll say it again; I need to see Samoa Joe vs Tomohiro Ishii. Just two big blokes belting the ever-loving hell out of each other.

Completely agree on the ROH issue. Alot of AEWs booking problems started creeping in/increasing when they introduced ROH to weekly AEW TV.
I loved the original ROH but the ROH we're getting now is not ROH - its just TKs way of getting more belts and a brand name on TV.
ROH now it watered down and in turn is also diluting the AEW product. When i tune into AEW i wanna see AEW - not a random match for another 'company'. As a viewer im 100% uninterested in anything that happens on the ROH front. I mean, from a kayfabe perspective - shouldnt Samoa Joe be pissed that Eddie Kingston is walking around calling hinself a World Champ when Joes the one whos the World Champ of the actual brand we're watching? Are we supposed to believe that Joe and Kingston are on an even level as World Champs?
Did everyone forget about the Golden Role Models? They carried the Pandemic with all the belts

Im here for the discussion around the thumbnail. The Swerve/Hangman feud and "The Illustrius" Toni Storm are the only 2 things that i follow in AEW. Swerve HAS to be champ soon. He's too friggin good. And he can really carry the company as another example besides MJF for good creative thinking. 👏👏👏

Man, AEW fans really don't get New Japan do they? When they mentioned ace Okada or the probable next world Champion Naito losing to Joe, who is a transitional world champion, I just rolled my eyes.

I got myself thinking that Swerve was going to take MJF's title. Him not winning the CC, interaction with him backstage, everything was in place.
BUT
No one would booed Swerve and that would waste MJF as babyface, so fingers crossed for Swerve to be the one that will defeat Joe.
Raw's 1st (or 3rd doesn't really matter) and Rampage become the "women's hour of the respective brands. All storylines/ title changes etc. progress during this time. Not to say we won't see Rhea or Julia Hart in other segments that involve men, just the women-centric stories would be concentrated on Raw's women hour and Rampage
King of the Ring returns as an annual Live Event with the US Title on the line yearly/Queen of the Ring. 'Queen' becomes a mid card accomplishment defendable year round. and like KOTR annually at the PLE
Collison and Dynamite split rosters While I do hate the draft and any storyline would be convoluted from here to eternity but it the best (notice I didn't say perfect) best way to save any possible value of the belts. Put AEW World/ TNT and Six man on one show; International/Continental/and Tag on the other.
My fix for the womens tag belt is stick it on one show either Raw or NXT. On raw they have an extra hour to fill if you do introduce a womens IC or other mid card belt you can put it on smack down and put the majority of your single woman stars on that show and keeping your womens tag team as the female cast focus on raw so people can get to know and follow their struggles with out having to keep up with all the different developments in the devision across three or more shows NXT tag teams can fight for an opportunity to challenge for the title on raw and an instant spot on the main roster or at worst exposure on raw. If the belt is kept on NXT tag teams formed on the main rosters can challenge for them on NXT giving them a chance to work with the up and coming roster and give them a chance to feel out the competition for when they do move to the main roster and if the title is on NXT main roster stars with out anything to do can form teams and tell stories about trying to form and become teams but not have more than one or two teams to follow at a time as the division is on another show and gives the star a story to pursue for a time.

For King of the Ring, have the crown present as a championship. People can compete to be king. Then the year after, you’ll have a tournament of the best to climb up the brackets to face the current king. Would be great

It's so cool that I predicted Bayley to with this rumble since at least April of last year! Now that I've said it enough in the comments, a lot are now following my thinking. It's why banks will be back by mania! NO ONE can tell me "you don't know what your doing" anymore! I've been in the wrestling business since 2004! Fuck y'all, I win!

Have ROH like NXT to WWE. Up and coming talent. Having fresh wrestlers learn and grow. Could have AEW stars guest star and fued.

Yes itll seem like they are coping WWE but the process works. Long as their gimmick/personality doesnt change the moment they are on the main stage of AEW.
In addition to splitting the roster a bit with AEW and ROH I want an every other month PPV strategy. Month 3 in many many builds is dead.

Adam is spot about AEW letting talent go lukewarm. I remember watching Malakai destroy Cody in that match and thinking this guy is going to be world champ in a matter of months. Such a shame it didn’t happen.
