For that non- moving villager, I think the game thought you were in another chunk. So time stops when your in another chunk. So his random movement generator would stop. don’t know if I’m right, but if I am, well idk.

I think they should make the dragon egg hatchable. Like, you kill the mother dragon (yeah, the Ender Dragon is a female and her name is Jean, if you didn't know), but then she drops an egg, you take it to the Overworld, raise a dragon, and it'll be your own Toothless. They could also make an achievement, like:
Achievement made! How To Train Your Dragon. Hatch a baby dragon.
