    Hi Franco, great video! The focaccia looks amazing, I can so imagine how good it must taste! I have never tried Tangzhong for pizza dough so far (only for burger buns), need to try that some time!

      Hey Charles 👋 in this video I use an effeuno P134h but you can use a normal home oven for this recipe 🙂

    in the description for the roux its 200g H2O but in the video you state 107g H2O ?

      It might have been a mistake. It’s definitely 200g of water
