Bostin' video Alan! One point: when you swing the mill head over to cut the vee groove, do you have any problems tramming the head when you restore it to zero degrees? I have a smaller Warco mill and find it a bit of a faff to restore the head to truly vertical.
Hi It takes me about 15 min to set the head. I can’t set it to zero on the marking as it’s about 1/4 of a degree out. I set it to about 0.0005” or les over 10”.
I nip up the 3 bolts to hold the head in position and tap the head true using a block of wood and mallet. I found if you don't nip up the bolts the head moves when you tighten them
