TGIN Curls n Roses Entire Product Line Review: One Line Wash Day on 2c/3a Hair

For Black History Month this year, I wanted to spotlight some products by Black Owned Companies. Without these women and men, those of use in the textured hair community likely wouldn't be where we are today. Most of the knowledge we have about our hair came from the Black community. So I think it's really important to support Black owned businesses where you can.
The first company I wanted to talked about is TGIN. TGIN was founded by Chris-Tia Donaldson. Chris-Tia was a graduate from Harvard Law who found it difficult to style her hair in way that was seen as professional in the legal industry. As she started to embrace her natural type 4 hair more, she wanted to create products that would help encourage the health of it and make them available to others so they could take care of and learn to love their hair as well.
Chris-Tia originally was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. After several long years of battling it, she lost the battle and passed away on November 13, 2021. She was an absolutely remarkable women and it is with deep regret that I admit that when I filmed this video, I was unaware of her passing. But I still wanted to share my thoughts on these products and encourage others to support the company and the brand.
I send my love and thoughts to those at TGIN and to Chris-Tia's family. She will be missed.

I haven't tried anything but the refresher spray n it did not work for my hair at all! So sad cause it smelled divine! Another fabulous video, darlin! Love from the dank bowels of Tejas!
