Unless the toning is terrible, it usually doesn't affect the grade. If they suspect it's artificial toning, then they'll give it a details grade.
I was totally blown away when I opened it up to discover an AU58! GENUINELY thought I would get Details Cleaned! Thank you so much, Grosey!

“Grading” is a scam in the numismatist industry. This video clearly demonstrates the fallacy of grading. Grading is to coins what Stock X is to sneakers 😊😅😂
