Please, can someone tell me how to get the VHS to play? What inpupt on the tv and what is to be done to the DMR, please? I purchased it with promise of tutorial of how to run it, did not get it. The manual doesn't explain what to put tv and/or VCR to start the VHS. I have a warranty that's up in 10 days.... Help Please???!!!???

Sorry I missed this question. There are screws (usually three) in the back of the machine, which once removed allow the top cover to be removed by sliding back and pulling up.
