3 kohlrabi
2 onions
olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp tomato pulp
800 ml canned chopped tomatoes (3⅓ cups)

1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
Salt
black pepper
thyme
500 g spinach (17.6 oz)
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp coconut milk

Parmesan substitute
Bake: 200°C / 392°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat

Kohlrabi is so good! I usually eat them raw since they're available year-round and I like the taste.

Ничего полезного в этом блюде нет, одна заварка, вторая заварка и только потом вареная кольраби, еще и запекать в конце. Я готовлю суп пюре в которое входит : кольраби, лук порей, цукини, сладкий перец зеленый и в конце добавляю немного сыра, взбиваю блендером , посыпаю зеленью и замечательное полезное блюдо
