I made an apron, with a huge front pocket over my tummy that I could tie on when I had my period. I made the pocket just the right size for my hot water bottle so I could walk around and keep warm. You can use the apron at other times when you are tidying, if I was picking up all the little bits and bobs that my daughters would leave around and pop the in the pocket so I could sort and put things away as I went. Dual purpose and you could make it quite cute. So happy to see your vlog, TH-cam has some things to answer for not showing me your video til 9 DAYS after you posted. But now I am glad that it did that, as today was a tough mental day for me, and your vlog reminded me again of all that I have to be lucky for and all the lovely things about life. Loooooove the new sofa!! The colour is beautiful! And I agree with the shelf numbers. I think as the are the length of the alcove section you will have plenty of space and once you get bits on them they will finish the room off nicely! So cosy 😍
You are so fortunate you painted the walls white. We had a green sectional we loved but it broke. When we got to the store realized we really were limited on color since the walls are also green and not white like whe first picked out the green sectional. What would go? So ended up with creamy white. Textured which I wish wasn’t like the old one you are right about always feeling there’s something in the fabric. In another 15 years I’ll be thinking more about texture when this one is replaced.
Animal Crossing is so much fun!!! I’ve been playing non stop. hehe (oh! and omg, don’t get me started on the DLC, it’s incredible!!) I love the vlogs, Rhi!! You and Delilah are definitely a highlight of my day whenever I get to watch a new vlog ❤️
We also have the model 02 sofa from Swyft, and it's been brilliant so far. I actually prefer it to our main sofa from Loaf which was three times more expensive. The green looks gorgeous in your living room!

The other day Richard Osman told on Graham Norton that he'd written a scene in his book which happened in 'Tunbridge Wells' Waitrose' and later on, after the book had been out for a while, he found out there isn't a Waitrose in TW! Here is what I do when I need a hot water bottle for my period pain-I got a small one (like half the size) and I wear maternity leggings and the water bottle fits perfeclty in the tummy part:) it is not stylish but it works . ( I am child free and bought the leggins second hand for this specific purpose)
I got a microwave wheat heat pack, so much easier and Moblie than a hot water bottle. I wear high waisted leggings and tuck in, hey presto! It’s Moblie heat! Xx
On my period I wear sweatpants with a drawstring so I can tie It hold the hot water bottle on my tummy while I walk around the house. Sticking it into the waistband of my woolen tights also does the trick.

We have a made chair in a completely different style but it also has the annoying velcro/cushion slipping problem. So annoying, but know for future to avoid this!😅
