Perhaps adding fairy lights to Delilah’s room will add the sparkle she wants? Also wanted to mention, I think those beads are the kind you can iron, right? Put some parchment paper on top of whatever pattern she makes, and iron over it, to make it melt and stick together. My kids loved those when they were little 🥰. I love those shelves in your kitchen corner, and I’m wondering if you’ve thought about maybe adding a larger built in dresser as a pantry underneath them?( you were talking about perhaps wanting a pantry. Oh, one last thing, didn’t notice the spot on your chin at all, till you mentioned it, but even knowing it’s there, it’s hard to see 😉

You’re house is just beautiful Rhiannon! I love your style so much, it inspires me so much when thinking about doing projects in my own home. Your kitchen might be my absolute favorite part of your home, I love how large it is and all the windows and light it gets. Makes it so nice as a common area to relax and eat and enjoy time with family and friends!☺️
They look like Hama beads! I used to love those as a kid! You cover it with greaseproof paper and iron it and it solidifies the beads together and you can make coasters and stuff like that with them!! 😁

Good tip for reviving stale bread: wet a tea towel or paper towel, wring it out until its just damp, wrap the bread up in it, then microwave for about 5-10 seconds. Perfect every time
It's kinda crazy how people can just film them cleaning and organising their homes and just everyday things, and we love watching it hahah
A very good chat! Straight hair looks so great on you, and as someone with course, curly hair, I understand your stuggles, haha. I sometimes wish I had straight, thinner hair that I could just wash and let air dry during classes as others.

i was having a bit of a rough day; super awful nightmare-full sleep last night, hectic day at work and on top of everything i've got a massive public speaking event tomorrow (my biggest fear) and my skin is terrible so i'm a nervous wreck but this vlog stopped my spirally anxiety in its tracks. feeling so soothed and calm. thank you lovely, i appreciate you and your content more than i can say 💛
So funny u mentioned the utility room thing, as we (originally from UK, now living in New Zealand) are changing our utility room/laundry into a small bathroom n when we asked our plumber to put the washing machine in the kitchen, he thought we were joking! Tip for some sparkle in Delilah's room: add hanging glass crystals (plastic also works I believe) by her window and throughout the day either light or rainbows will reflect throughout her room and add a little magic. I had them in my room for ages and they were so nice and beautiful!
Aww I remember having one in my room and I loved it. I was actually thinking how I’d love to do that round the house because I’m obsessed with light reflections but might look a bit random so I’ve resisted temptation. I could try in Delilah’s room but not sure it will work being a north facing room 🤞🏻

you can get amazing sparkly wallpaper which could maybe be an option for a feature wall in delilah’s room? should be much easier to remove than paint but still looks fabulous if that’s something you’d want to look at 😍
I love that you didn’t build in a pantry in that spot. Open shelving is so beautiful, yes it takes more effort to keep it clean but it’s so worth it in my opinion. You could always still enclose that space later if you find you need the storage. I’m from Australia and it’s common here to have a separate utilities/laundry but I’ve lived in London briefly 4 times through work and I have to say, I actually prefer having the washing machine in the kitchen. It makes sense to me. I love the straight hair!
The beads are called Hama beads and you can put the greaseproof paper over and iron it, it then peals of and you can keep your creation! x

I love your vlogs! For the bread. Run it quickly under the water. Just like a light layer to coat the bread and then toast it. Just like new. Crusty outside and soft inside.

you don’t have to send electricals to landfill! there should be some kind of recycling centre (also just known as the dump) that takes electricals, old paint, textiles that can’t be donated etc etc and it’ll be sent to be recycled! getting them repaired as much as possible is obviously the best and first choice but if anything gets to the point where it can’t be fixed recycling centres are great

Stale bread tip: Run the tapwater at give det bread a quick shower, just so that the outisde gets wet but not soaked. Then put it in the oven. And you have bread that tastes fresh, is chrisp on the outside and soft on the inside :)

Just a suggestion, and please do ignore it if you think not a good idea. ☺️. In The alcove, wwhere you’vejust added the two shelves. Why don’t you put shelves down to waste height, and then make a cupboard under with a deeper shelf. That way you would have more shelves plus useful storage underneath, and it would look like a dresser of sorts, so lots of things out . I have one and it’s great, all my lovely bowls , plates etc out on show , and then cupboards below to hid stuff ☺️ x

You could get a suction-cap towel rail for the hand towel, then you wouldn’t need to drill into the tile! ☺️ That’s what we use because we’re renting.

So happy to see you again :) Hope you are feeling better! I grew up with those beads, they are amazing! I don't know for sure if you know, because you didn't film it which doesn't mean you did not do it but, well haha. You can iron the beads with a bit of baking paper between the iron and beads, so that it melts together. It makes lovely crafts and perfect gifts for grandma's and -dad's! ;)

I am so sorry to hear that you were not well, I hope you are feeling much better!! But on the selfish side, I am so happy that you posted this video!!! It is exactly what I needed today. I have set this month to be my “No Procrastination” month. So all the adulting is happening: vehicle servicing appointments, dentist appointments, cleaning the oven, taking the dishwasher apart and fixing it, repotting plants, etc are things that I have already accomplished so far. I was starting to lose momentum, and your video has re-inspired me. I am going to clean my pantry and all my pot and pan drawers tomorrow. Thank you, and I love the straight hair. As for Delilah's cute sparkle dilemma, I would just add decor(i.e small throw pillow, a frame, perhaps one of those glitter beanbag seats, etc.). Some good ol' glow-in-the-dark star stickers are always is a hit

If you rinse the bread for a few seconds under the cold tap then put it in the oven for a few minutes, it brings it back to life and it goes crispy again

Love the beads game! When I went to sunmer school in the us we did that but we had like a special paper that you put on top when you're done putting all the beads and then we had to put the iron on top and it "melt" a bit and made the beads stay together. I still have mines, and it's been more than 18 years.
This just brought so many good memories 💕

To use up the vego dark chocolate you could do some baking with it :) That's what I do with stray chocolate I'm not too keen on :) Maybe a tiffin/rocky road kind of thing :)
