    About IBS Treatment Center
    ===========================
    Dr. Stephen Wangen, co-founder and Medical Director of the IBS Treatment Center, and his staff have successfully helped over 10,000 people resolve irritable bowel syndrome and chronic digestive problems since 2005.
    Some patients have had IBS symptoms so severe that they spent a considerable amount of time in the hospital. Others are suffering alone at home and are no less frustrated with the impact that it is having on their lives. The thread that tied them all together was that they had never seen an IBS expert (much different than a gastroenterologist), a doctor whose only mission is to help people solve IBS.
    Patients work with us from around the country and the world via our telemedicine services. Get back your life! Work with us via telemedicine. Visit the IBS Specialists at ibstreatmentcenter.com

      Doctor,I just kinda feel like I have IBS because I find it hard to complete my bowel . It's always seems like incomplete bowel,and after some few time,I would feel like to go the toilet again and then it's also kinda incomplete. If I eat little meal ,my bowel movement is kinda satisfying not 100% and if I eat a little more meal, next morning I find it more hard to complete my bowel. My stomach always bloat even though it is not painful,I always get frequent oral ulcers too. My doctor told me that mine is constipation and it would cure if I increase my fibre intake but I have doing that,also taking constibreak powder but still the symptoms never fades. My poop looks the type 6 of bristol stool chart too. Do I really have IBS

    I’m on a gut health journey myself. Not yet diagnosed with IBS - currently being screened for colitis and pancreas issues, after being cleared for cancer. I’m 3 months into the ZOE programme (I’m in the UK - hence the spelling!) and still not showing signs of improvement. Just awaiting my appointment with a gastroenterologist and with what I have learned from your videos, I’ll be well prepared with the right questions. My gut is like the English weather 4 seasons in one day, and my eating and bowel diaries show no specific culprit food, so hearing you say that is often true of IBS sufferers has helped me a lot. Thank you so much.

      Not likely. Too many people have bovine and/or dairy issues. And I don't believe that it will cure leaky gut.

    What do you say about focusing on the basic like treat candida sibo with just sleep stress and nutrition? There is a channel who focus on these things also high overall knowleadge but the highest focus is on the simple basics, any words to this ?

    • @IBSTreatmentCenter
      @IBSTreatmentCenter  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      The basics are always important, but often not enough, especially in bad cases. We've had lots of patients who have great diets, no stress, and wonderful sleep and still have tons of digestive problems. They need a lot more help than just the basics.

    • @IBSTreatmentCenter
      @IBSTreatmentCenter  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If that's the sole cause of your constipation, then once it's properly treated, the constipation should resolve. But the treatment varies depending on the type of bacteria.

    Is there maybe a possiblity that i just have to eat more kalories to beat candida for example that the main reason is only that i have candida is low calories?

    How should one get tested for Ibs whether he has or not?

    • @bettywinn8296
      @bettywinn8296 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      There is no test, I was told. My Gastroenterologist made my diagnosis after having a colonoscopy and ruling out that I had Crohn's, which I had been diagnosed with
      In another State where I had lived.
      Now, I watch what foods I eat, after meeting with a nutritionist & given a Fodmap list of foods to eat and foods to avoid.😊
      Now, I take a probiotic every morning, before breakfast "and" a digestive enzyme. Both, recommended by my Gastro doctor. (Hope this helps!)

      @@bettywinn8296 how do doctors rule out Ibs? I mean I went to a doctor too and ran a few test like blood and poop test so nothing came out, and I was told that I have ibs, but that wasn't satisfying enough, so I went to another doctor asked my symptoms how long I had them and then told me that I have ibs so now I'm confused whether I have ibs or ibd because these are two different things but have same symptoms
