Da Goddess poverty is in every country. These people arent living in poverty. They arent rich but arent poor either. The moment you have a house healthy kids and food u are not poor u have all your basic needs and rights. Of course they can’t buy a €80 grand car but that dosent all matter. It's always very nice to see a family sit down and enjoy a meal together. I've always thought that is very important, for a family to do. As far as the dog, this family seems to treat him good, maybe the dog would run off after a neighbor's dog, or chase kids and scare them. I don't think they are mean do their dog.
