please rejet your carbs, you’re gonna notice the backfiring, cold bloodedness, and off idle stumble real soon. i’ve had to work on too many shadows/vstars that had aftermarket exhausts with no jetting work done that ran subpar unless they were absolutely up to operating temp. i suggest getting whatever jet kit dynojet has as well as a bigger pilot jet, one or two sizes up from stock should suit you fine. wish you the best of luck with that bike

Keep in mind the bike still has an internal baffle and back pressure. It is getting a rejet and aftermarket pipes as well.
put a 2 into 1 pipe on it

I guarantee that this bike will run like complete shit until it gets a re-jet. Every single metric cruiser ive uncorked ran perfect until i did.
