Awesome knife there! I'm going to snag an Emmerson one day. Also where's the MACV-SOG part 1?! I need to know if the Captain was successful in his recon mission!
It's coming! Haven't forgotten. Just been slammed around here lately. An extravagant production such as it will be takes time to film. Pre-production writing and storyboards in process.
Great overview brother!! I like the looks of this one. The chisel grind is interesting. I remember Dan from Blind Owl saying most blades in the Philipines are chisel ground as well.
@@isaacs_knives_and_knowledge the 7 A model is with spearpoint. I have one and find it more practical for my EDC uses, but it does not look as cool as the Tanto!
@@isaacs_knives_and_knowledge There is a two part TV adaption of that with Peter Strauss, David Morse, Robert Mitchum. Loved that as a teen... still can be seen on YT as I write this.
My CQC 7 is always within reach! Great job my brother!
Thank you!
I do like this Emerson knife, in fact a few I've been looking at, looks solid, innovative, smooth, great job dude
Thanks! It's real solid

Good looking knife and review , thanks for sharing , God bless !
Thank you
The normal hardware is a nice touch. You could tune it up with a SAK.
Meant for military personnel to be able service in the field wherever they may be I believe
"The Naked Edge" by Morrell also seems quite knife-related BTW
Cool, I'll have to look that one up. I'm currently reading his Brotherhood of the Rose novel
Oh wow The Naked Edge is actually about the same character as the book in this video

@@isaacs_knives_and_knowledge Yes, it is kind of a sequel maybe in regards to the main guy. Just started it today...

Emerson knife is a good knife!
Indeed. Top tier
