An important thing to note about Madisonville is if u plan on moving here u must try ur best to preserve it.Efforts from medpace to destroy beautiful homes for parking lots and ugly buildings have disappointed residents for years.Madisonville is a unique and beautiful area that must be preserved, along with the other beautiful neighborhoods mentioned.Thank You
I've been wanting to move back to Cincinnati since I left 13 years ago. Nothing West of I-75 please lol Northside had a rough reputation when I lived in Cincinnati. So did the East end.
He forgot a bunch of up and coming neighborhoods. Incline District of East Price Hill, camp Washington, West End, North Avondale, St Bernard, Norwood.. many more
@@barongroupmedia I wonder if the host of the video is a native Cincinnatian? I agree about the CCW comment. All these neighborhoods are recently gentrified or in process. I would not walk at night in any of these neighborhoods without a CCW.
I live in cincinnati and all these neighborhoods were hidden gems perhaps back in 2015 now they are expensive AF. A real current hidden gem for housing is spring Grove village. I live there, it's on the opposite side of spring Grove cemetery from Northside. But around downtown all this stuff is old news.
Gentrification makes places beautiful and unaffordable to the people who lived there and loved the neighborhood. All of these were poor black neighborhoods until they bought up everything and raised prices to force them out. It's amazing how seedy real estate can be. You guys are like the jock that takes the nerdy girl to a party and spikes her drink. Ever notice why they don't do rent control in up and coming areas? Because they rely on pushing the poor out for the young professional and well paid middle class.

Great options!! We had to pick only 5 which was tough!! Would you like to see any detailed videos on the ones you mentioned?
@@barongroupmedia yeah absolutely
If you were going to give Cincinnati an enema you'd stick the hose in Norwood.
Madison Place is KING
We would have to agree 👏🏼
You said Mariemont like a local ❤

What about crime in these areas?

To get to Walnut Hills you have navigate your way through a crime infested murderous hell hole. I wouldn't live there for free.
@@petezereeeah that’s a hot take! We think it’s pretty fantastic 🤷🏼♂️
@@barongroupmedia you gotta be kidding me
I moved to Cincy from New Jersey. Walnut hills is surrounded by hell on earth. No fuqing way I'd live there.
thinly veiled racism
@@petezereeeah EAST walnut hills is not walnut hills.
Isn’t that coffee shop in Madisonville the one owned by the crazy cult?
@@briantrumpower8108 if it’s a cult, count us in for the breakfast burrito and iced vanilla latte cult!

Northside Yacht Club SUCKS
@@joedoomsdaypio4374 but have you had their wings, though?
wherever you move in Cincy, you should have a superior security system, a guard dog, and be armed. The crime stats don't begin to tell the truth
