Yep Watford was one. There was another 3 we did.Cardiff was in the January I think when we had the plastic swans on the pitch with our dancers and one of the Cardiff supporters mounted the Swan!!!Lol.
Thanks for posting this. Well done for not deleting that shameful display of cardiff hospitality. I endured 17 years living in that place and we'd get those sort of comments from 3 yr olds whilst their parents looked on. Now living in the valleys and whilst there is a healthy ribbing, being surrounded by cardiff supporters, there is a stoical attitude of live and let live from folks who still have the morals and good grace to welcome all to their community.
@MyCatHasPiles oh forgot to mention the freindy with Stuttgart!!!Great game and I went in the German area.Went in the Viller Arms afterwards with the away fans and what LAUGH!! I drove to Bridgend took two of my boys parked up but was in no state to drive home!!!First day of our holiday Wife and other boy stayed in caravan.OUCH the next day Oh we got a cab back from the car !!!
@WifeysAthletesFoot69 They were a great laugh and gave me a chance to speak German .We started in the section opposite and my oldest stayed in there.I remember I ran out the door the day before as the kids were going to scholl and told them Swansea had a friendly with Stuttgart who were our adopted German team and we couldn't believe out luck.My wifes face said it all though!!! Great holiday at Trecco followed Up the Jacks
Thanks for posting-I did this song with Roger (me on guitar and backing vocals)1979 in Wimbledon-went off to San francisco for a while after this (also played this on the old vetch a few times-of course along with our now famous 'A side')got a lot more which I intend posting one day.Rest in peace my great buddy Roger.
@@localpm Yes my dad loved his guitar, unfortunately we lost him after a brave fight against parkinsons over 2 years ago now. Was thinking of his relationship with Roger when I searched for this song funnily enough
