I had moved to Australia from Sri Lanka in the 80s after losing everything in the war. I was in 7th grade and this came on. It did something to me. It gave me joy. My English wasn’t good then, so I enjoyed the way it made me feel and sang along to the chorus. I went to college and did a degree for my parents but music was always my passion. Now I am a Grammy credited songwriter and record producer in Nashville, I still revert back to this for when I need a little piece of extra joy for the moment. I regret not thanking Greedy for this. It’s a wonderful piece of art!! ❤️ 🇦🇺

I use to hear this on the radio all the time as a kid in the 90's. I could never remember the name. Then a few years ago a guy at work asked if i remember this song. I use to hear this on the radio all the time as a kid in the 90's. I could never remember the name. Then a few years ago a guy at work asked if i remember this song. When he started playing it, as soon as it got to the chorus i was like "Oh My God! This song! I love this song!" Then a sudden wave of nostalgia just hit me. I've listened to it at least once a week if not more since then.
