Cut jackfruit pieces, 750 g
Water, 2 cup +1/2 cup
Mustard oil, 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp
Split green chilli, 2
Cinnamon stick /dalchini, 1& 1/2 inch
Black cardamom/ bada elaichi, 1
Black pepper, 4/5
Clove, 2
Chopped Onion, 4 (medium size)
Jeera powder, 1 tsp
Coriander powder, 2 tsp
Turmeric powder, 1 & 1/2 tsp
Chopped tomato, 2 (medium size)
Curd / Dahi, 2 tbsp
Asafoetida, a pinch
Salt, as per taste
Gram flour/ Besan, 1/2 tsp
Kasori methi (crushed), 1 tsp (optional)
Meat masala, 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 cup
