The amount of people that ask “do you think the market will go down soon” what would you expect a salesperson to say seriously ?! Obviously they’re gonna say it’s not going down because they want to make the sale now
I’ve always thought this. They have a conflict of interest. They will never tell you the truth.
eBay is far from a perfect medium but looking at the number of unsold Daytonas and the prices being asked should definitely convince that the bottom has not fallen out completely, at least yet.

If an employee is happy with his commission and stays of course you keep em. Had 30 sales people under me in the 70s. We paid spiff , some would walk out with 2k a week in 79. Store made 20 k for each 2 k paid.

Easy choice on the APs, the two tone perpetual cause the perpetual calendar is my favourite complication.
Makes so much sense to keep all three guys each individually bring so much to the table. Kevin does what he does he hustles and and could sell snow to a snowman. David just offers that elegant service which is hard to come by and also opens up the possibility to sell more easily to non english speaking clients from france ect and peter is just a natural watch geek and you can tell he will soak up information on all sorts of watch mechanics which for a client to be able to see the movement is invaluable. Great team, Great content. Keep it coming.

David has no skill other than not being able to finish a sentence without wheezing and gasping for air
Just a random comment but Alex grinds my gears sometimes, I feel as though he isn't able to read the room and talks out of place.
It happens quite often but recent situations that come to mind include him questioning Adrian during a partner's meeting and in this ep steering the focus to him being able to source a watch and then trying to take the opportunity to gloat to Adrian about it as opposed to focussing on the crux of the issue which is the process that leads to double-selling.
I think David is the one who needs to go
