  • Collegium System is one of the unique process by which judges are appointed in the Supreme Court of India and High Courts. Three Judges Case were landmark judgements which gave this Collegium System which is still followed in appointment of judges in the higher judiciary. Parliament tried to introduce NJAC in 2014 but Supreme Court quashed it in 2015.

By rejecting the njac system, supreme Court did a good job. Supreme Court should be without biase n discrimination. Ruling government is always biase n do thing in favor of majority, so in order to safeguard the Constitution, supreme Court should always keep away from government n politics. Don't delete collegium system

President of India from 1950 protracted series of legal wrangles for inaction in revocation of authorizations temporarily granted in favor of Supreme Court to deal with British colonialism in India .Aggressive behavior characteristics of chief Justice for domination over democratic judiciary Independency for control of democratic soverign welfare power by voluntary extending power and domination disloyality and disaffection to sovereignty of India
Independency of judiciary is not Indian and not democratic standards and judicial accountability derived from British colonialism oppressive laws enacted by delegates of admistrator to attain their own needs
British colonialism dominated over India through collegium system

    Judicial 1st policy
Meetha A- One Innocent Accused (done nothing) should never be punished.
Bish B- 1000 criminal (found involved in rape, murder, extortion, kidnapping) may be released/1000 innocent victims may be forced to burn in the fire of Injustice till death. This leads to X No.of Crimes & Prevents No.of Crimes=No.of Punishments
Halahal C- Hero(Lord Ram type, who killed the rapist of his wife/sister/daughter/mother)=Criminal(who killed a shop owner refused to pay any extortion). This leads to 1000X No.of Crimes & Prevents No.of Crime=No of Punishments.
    Justice 1st Policy-
A- One Innocent should never be punished B- Each and every victim must get justice, even one criminal can't be released. This leads to No.of Crimes=No.of Punishments
C- hero (who killed rapist of his sister/wife/mother/Daughter or who killed the lover of his wife)must be rewarded. This leads to No.of Crimes=No of Punishments
