@@Creeknative I have a third interview in a week. It's customer service position. I'm nervous because I had to consent to a background check. Did you have to submit a background check before your interview? It includes a credit check and mine isn't the greatest so I'm wondering if I should do the third interview.
Your analytical breakdown of how to answer each question is pretty spot on. However, with the answer examples, I would say to make some fine tuning. Answer Example 1 seemed to actually miss the mark in answering the question that was asked. It was too generic and not specific to Fidelity. I believe the question was "Why do you want to work at Fidelity?" Answer Example 4 may mislead your recruiter to believe you don't understand the NOT NOT MAY disclosures, and could be a compliance risk. You're not allowed to mislead clients into thinking past performance of a security guarantees future performance: "...meaning that these investors, on average, WILL get a 10% annual return." If you told me that's how you would explain a mutual fund to a client, it'd be worrying.
All of these answers are based on someone with years of experience… what about those of us without a wealth management background? I am hoping to switch from real estate to Fidelity
