    bro you explained very well BUT,
    All the three phosphate group are utilized in the formation of phosphodiester bonds 1 phosphate group is form the bond and the remaining two phosphate groups are consumed as a form of energy.

    You didn't explain what ligase actually does.. You just showed the ligation.

      That ligation will be done by that ligase enzyme which i shown u clearly

      @@bioscience6853 I must have missed it. Where did you mention the OB fold domain and the adenylation domain making up the catalytic core of LIG, as well as other specialized domains such as the dna binding domain in LIG I
