I’m just imagining if i was on my bike going around that roundabout. Glad those cars stopped and no-one was hurt. Frightening to think we share the roads with such drivers, these people don’t deserve a licence.

Absolutely report it. Would not be surprised if there are some insurance anomalies when it’s checked. Glad you didn’t try and make progress and overtake him to get pole position at the lights.
