Impressively scaled/detailed train, and nice to see a model with technical functionality from Cobi. Being light grey though seems to hide a lot of the intricate detail but other than that looks like a good model for train/war enthusiasts. Would also be really cool to see if Cobi has any plans for expansions as a flat bed/gun mounted car would really add to this or even supplies cars.
COBI bricks are killing LEGO and its about time the sets are better, better elements, better display models!
I agree. That set has some parts even lego doesn’t have that would be really useful and cool to build with.
You can't conpared lego and cobi because lego don't make military set like cobi. It doesn't fit the idea of lego

idk how cobi does it but they manage to make the coolest and most detailed sets ever
The reason why it’ll get stuck is because you put the axle rods which is a thing around the gears going in opposite directions, The way you put it is when one goes up the other goes down. They both have to be at the same height at the same time. Other than that, keep up the good work!

That is 100% not how a steam engine works. If you do it like that about 240 degrees of your rotation has zero force applied to it.
The rods shouldn’t be the same on both sides they should be slightly offset to the other side like he built so the pistons are more efficient trust me I drive ,fire and repair steam engines and diesel’s

This is a very detaiLed realistic looking kit. Thanks for the smooth guidance. COBI have opened a potentially very productive seam. Locos translate well into bricks and they can follow up with passenger, cargo and flak wagons and rail stuff for years. I have a Megabloks Probuilder Steam Express NIB. So this is a nice initiative from COBI.
Die Geschichte dieser Kriegslokomotive ist äußerst interessant, speziell die Einsparmaßnahmen (Material!) auf der einen, die Zusstzausstattung auf der anderen Seite (z.B. Fußbodenheizung!). Die stark vereinfachte Steuerung zum Beispiel funktioniert heute noch bei den verbliebenen Exemplaren. Industriegeschichte!
Very nice and unusual model kit. Would like to have seen a bit more variety in brick colour but looks very impressive anyway!
For their first train it's very good, needs improvements in areas, but also the ability to maybe mount a Flak gun on the tender aswell (As per a model kit's picture)

I have 2 things to say - 1. Your editing is trippy as hell and 2. So many of those pieces look really tedious to use but so incredibly useful

@@Wearmes All depends where you get it as well. Jadlam have a £50 deposit and pay rest when it comes out, but can also use Klarna. Tank museum have a deal if you pre order it you get a £40 tiger fibel, a mug worth £10 and a gold plated certificate so it works out at a semi good deal.

@@lordviper7541 jest przewidziany żeby dało sie na nich nim jeździć. Pomysł powstał ten z myślą o tych którzy nie mogli by sobie nowych torów od COBI kupić. I taka mała uwaga troche cieżej radzi sobie na zakrętach z LEGO ponieważ są zbyt ostre ale daje rade a tak to jest wszystko ok jeżeli chodzi o tory od duńczyków. Sam mam pare torow o LEGO i jeździło sie nim jak próbowałem normalnie aby zakrety aż tak normalnie nie bo żeby lokomotywa mogła na nim skrecic musi bardzo wystawać ponieważ koła aamej lokomotywy mają obręcze z przodu i z tyłu lokomotywy i koła tendru też maja je żeby nie wypadły. I są jej trzy wersje Executive edition, normarlna edycja, wojenna czyli toaka jak na filmie i wersja bez tendra dla tych co mają mało miejsca lub jak by było i nie stac na te wersje powyżej wymienone a by bardzo chcieli miec taka lokomotywe. Pozdrawiam.

Wie erwartet: das hier ist der Traum eines Teilespenders in hellgrau. Für knapp über 100€ im Angebot sicher top.
Du musst aber bedenken, dass Cobi andere Farben als Lego benutzt. Das Hellgrau von Cobi ist viel heller als das Light Bluish Grey von Lego. Technisch sind die Teile kompatibel, nur Farblich nicht. Ebenso ist das Rot bei den Schiffsrümpfen anders als das Hellrot von Lego.

One detail can be better done, inside tank of staam, pipes and fireplace, children can see how It look like inside and work real staram locomotive, Color black, or dark green, but outside It looks fantastic.

Kurz gesagt: Leider Geil😊 Habe noch nicht besonders viel Erfahrung mit Cobi. Meine bisherigen Erfahrungen basieren auf der 4830 und der aktuellen Yamato, die ich fast fertig gebaut habe(bis auf ein paar kleine Details an Deck) Ich bin zwar nicht so der Zug Fan, aber die Lok sieht mega aus:)
Die schwarze Version der Lok (Cobi 6280 od. 6282) sieht noch besser aus. 😉
i hope Cobi does an ROD 2-8-0, id buy multiple of em-

Elle est très belle, cependant trois choses dommages qui auraient pu être mieux faites : les lanternes, vitrages portes de la cabine et enfin le bissel avant mobile. Mais çà peut être modifier facilement, pour les pièces qui ne tiennent pas, solution de la colle.

Servus und guten Abend @BrickMeet 😊. Hm... Bei diesem Set bin ich tatsächlich gespalten... Von der Form her gut gelungen, aber ob das Light Grey tatsächlich die richtige Farbe ist, weiß ich nicht. Für mich ist diese Lok eher nichts 😊. Aber egal... Es wird gebaut, was gefällt 😎 😎 😎 P. S. Sieht echt irgendwie unfertig aus.. Als ob die Lok nur grundiert wäre...
Cobi bringt halt neuerdings die gleichen Modelle in verschiedenen Farben heraus. Dann sieht die Produktpalette gleich viel größer aus 😉 Bei den modernen Flugzeugen ist das besonders schlimm.

The locomotives of the series 52 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn are the most famous German wartime locomotives. They were built in 1942 in more than 7000 copies, 15,000 machines were planned. This design would have become the most-built locomotive in the world.
The class 52 corresponded structurally to the DR class 50, which had been used reliably in medium-duty freight train service since 1939 and was initially built further as a transitional war locomotive at the beginning of the war. Originally, the war locomotives were only designed for a short service life. Due to a lack of alternatives, but also thanks to their robustness and their simple and solid construction, they were used (after removing some refinements) until the late 1980s in the GDR and other Eastern Bloc countries, but e.g. B. Turkey, used in plan service. You can still find them in use today. Delivered or retained as bag locomotives, the locomotives of the 52 series and also the 42 series were found almost all over Europe. Over 11,000 locomotives covering all three series were built.

Das dunkle grau wäre natürlich schöner. Der Tiger liegt bei ca. 600 EUR. Also nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Werde den wohl auch nur bauen und dann wieder verkaufen.

Der Grauton hier passt gut zum "Fotoanstrich" das Dampfloks früher bekommen haben wen sie für Abnahmen / Publikationen fotographiert wurden. Bochum-Dahlhausen hat eine BR80 (selbe Periode) in rekonstruiertem Anstrich

A nice model, but unfortunately a static display model only. Cobi ignores the Lego train fan community! Furthermore, the valve gear is incomplete. Cobi could have done much better!
