Furry here, e621 is probably the best site. They allow pretty much anything even somewhat furry related, and things only get taken down when the artist and/or character owner(s) file takedown requests, or if it's stuff that's supposed to be behind a paywall, like a patreon exclusive or something. Oh, and I suppose they don't allow AI art, but they did create a separate site exclusively for AI art just called e6ai.

As a furry I knew this was gonna happen eventually. Furries laughed at anime artists for getting banned on patreon for characters that somehow looked like a child, but surprised surprised it happened to them too. It's almost always some idiot on a power trip trying to dictate how things should be done. I'm not a user of furaffinity but some of the artists I like do use the site. These bogus policies only hurt artists in general which is never good.
"If you would like clarification on your OC [...] put in a ticket or DM us for review." In other words: "You, as an artist, are not allowed to be creative anymore. If you don't follow OUR subjective opinion and guidelines on how creative WE want/allow you to be (and what is or is not acceptable) we will ban you." I am not really into furry art and therefore don't really care about that site in particular, but killing the creativity of artists is disgusting, whether it's furry art or any other kind of art! Let's hope the artists value their feedom of creativity and simply leave the site.
To add more context, Rev. Back in 2012 FurAffinity had what is called an "Exodus". A large number of members who leave FA over rules or changes that may affect how their users navigate the website. This isnt the first time they've banned this type of content. The first Exodus happened because a user by the name of Sciggles tried to make a guideline for Sonic OC's and tried to make people forcefully follow them before it was formerly taken down. Originally, primarily they were chasing off Sonic OC artist and content they deemed unfit for their website. Turns out their Host doesn't even care about said content as long as it doesn't pertain to IRL children being harmed. But in order to look good, they banned content they deemed bad. The mass exodus has happened sever times before, even so much as someone hacking into FA at one point and posting actual CP before it was 100% taken down. FA has had a rough history between its users and the Admins and from my point of view has been on a steady decline of users wanting to access the website.

Literally in the same manner as AI. (AI can replicate as many voice samples from each character. But one of the voice actors is not used, so this fits the same example here.)
This just proves my point of as long as the character isn't a real person or based on a real person and their likeness, any fictional character should be okay to draw. Because once there's any exceptions, you restrict a person free of expression and cause a domino effect to purge anything else.
@@pc_suffering6941 I think what the OP commenter is referring to is NSFW drawings based on real life children, but even that is extremely hard for artists to avoid (unless they draw them very outlandishly) as there are so many character traits and features used by many children in real life. A person can easily assume and falsely accuse an artist of drawing a real life child they know of even if the artist made no intentional attempt to reference those real life children in their drawing. It can lead to possible complications that could get most loli or minor drawings banned or made illegal in the future. Even the older ones are not safe and many people already possessed them. I would also say the same for most NSFW drawings of adult characters. I don't want things to get to the point where artists or other people have to research or redo every drawing they made, possess, or want to possess to be sure no real child is referenced. That is extremely annoying and insane to do, especially if done on a regular basis.
I notice that whenever any online platforms try to make their platforms more "inclusive" and "safe", they always bring in new rules that only create more toxicity and judgment in the end. It's like being at Planet Fitness. The reason why Planet Fitness is so hated is because they claim their rules to create a "safe and judgement free" environment would create a better workout environment but the end result is members of that gym getting punished for the most petty offenses and often times their self-contracting rules don't really let people get the results they want to get in shape so often times people will recommend you any other gym over Planet Fitness if you really want to see results. There is nothing wrong with trying to spread positivity but the way Planet Fitness executed their noble ideas of positivity were very poorly executed at best and hence why the most "negativity free" gym ironically is the most toxic gym ever. The same can be said with platforms like Facebook or TH-cam (or in this case Fur Affinity) because they are toxic for trying to create environments where everyone is forced to put on a mask of positivity (rather than letting people be genuinely positive out of their own free will) and there is even more judgement than before. Platforms like TH-cam may no longer allow hate speech and other forms of really edgy content anymore but platforms like TH-cam are now just as toxic for the same reasons why Planet Fitness is toxic anyway.
Just remember, they wouldn’t do something unless they are covering for something that could ruin there personal ego or reputation. When one has power above others and are corrupted by it, they will do anything to maintain personal power over others.

A very dear friend of mine is a 5'1", slim built, 28 year old woman. She often buys her clothes from the children's section simply because they fit her better than adult clothes, and she has a liking for print T-shirts with fun or cute designs. Because of this, and because she's good looking, strangers often way undershoot their guess of her age. I've heard people ask her if her parents were around when she was out shopping. If you were to take her description, and translate her into an accurate representation as an anime character, she would 100% look like a legal loli.

So characters who can do evil things can be portrayed as good if they are on the right side. This is used for pretty much all shounen though and why I abandoned that genre immediately in favor of genres that allow more freedom in writing. It is not possible to be a symbol of absolute purity like Goku but also be a murderer. They are opposing factors to each other. The story doesn't leave any room for it to happen any other way because the power scaling is too high. So essentially it doesn't matter if Goku is right or not. He won he gets to decide. If anything Super does actually build on this to improve the writing a bit. For instance in some of those other Universes. Their version of Vegeta basically won instead of their Goku. Some of their Frieza's won. Even someone like Beerus has his own counterparts in other universes. So it used the plain jane crappy story in DBZ to tell multiple better stories through the other universes using the one we know as a base. Writing and story isn't really it's strong points,. It's kind of that the World Building and Character Design was so good it carried all of the bad elements of the show. It also ran past the series end multiple times so it became less thought out as it ran.

They allow pretty much anything even somewhat furry related, and things only get taken down when the artist and/or character owner(s) file takedown requests, or if it's stuff that's supposed to be behind a paywall, like a patreon exclusive or something. Oh, and I suppose they don't allow AI art, but they did create a separate site exclusively for AI art just called e6ai.

To add more context, Rev. Back in 2012 FurAffinity had what is called an "Exodus". A large number of members who leave FA over rules or changes that may affect how their users navigate the website. This isnt the first time they've banned this type of content. The first Exodus happened because a user by the name of Sciggles tried to make a guideline for Sonic OC's and tried to make people forcefully follow them before it was formerly taken down. Originally, primarily they were chasing off Sonic OC artist and content they deemed unfit for their website. Turns out their Host doesn't even care about said content as long as it doesn't pertain to IRL children being harmed. But in order to look good, they banned content they deemed bad. The mass exodus has happened sever times before, even so much as someone hacking into FA at one point and posting actual CP before it was 100% taken down. FA has had a rough history between its users and the Admins and from my point of view has been on a steady decline of users wanting to access the website.

I think what the OP commenter is referring to is NSFW drawings based on real life children, but even that is extremely hard for artists to avoid (unless they draw them very outlandishly) as there are so many character traits and features used by many children in real life. A person can easily assume and falsely accuse an artist of drawing a real life child they know of even if the artist made no intentional attempt to reference those real life children in their drawing. It can lead to possible complications that could get most loli or minor drawings banned or made illegal in the future.
Even the older ones are not safe and many people already possessed them. I would also say the same for most NSFW drawings of adult characters.
I don't want things to get to the point where artists or other people have to research or redo every drawing they made, possess, or want to possess to be sure no real child is referenced. That is extremely annoying and insane to do, especially if done on a regular basis.

I notice that whenever any online platforms try to make their platforms more "inclusive" and "safe", they always bring in new rules that only create more toxicity and judgment in the end.
It's like being at Planet Fitness. The reason why Planet Fitness is so hated is because they claim their rules to create a "safe and judgement free" environment would create a better workout environment but the end result is members of that gym getting punished for the most petty offenses and often times their self-contracting rules don't really let people get the results they want to get in shape so often times people will recommend you any other gym over Planet Fitness if you really want to see results. There is nothing wrong with trying to spread positivity but the way Planet Fitness executed their noble ideas of positivity were very poorly executed at best and hence why the most "negativity free" gym ironically is the most toxic gym ever.
The same can be said with platforms like Facebook or TH-cam (or in this case Fur Affinity) because they are toxic for trying to create environments where everyone is forced to put on a mask of positivity (rather than letting people be genuinely positive out of their own free will) and there is even more judgement than before. Platforms like TH-cam may no longer allow hate speech and other forms of really edgy content anymore but platforms like TH-cam are now just as toxic for the same reasons why Planet Fitness is toxic anyway.
Just remember, they wouldn’t do something unless they are covering for something that could ruin there personal ego or reputation. When one has power above others and are corrupted by it, they will do anything to maintain personal power over others.

The core philosophy of the show is black or white. So characters who can do evil things can be portrayed as good if they are on the right side.
This is used for pretty much all shounen though and why I abandoned that genre immediately in favor of genres that allow more freedom in writing.
It is not possible to be a symbol of absolute purity like Goku but also be a murderer. They are opposing factors to each other. The story doesn't leave any room for it to happen any other way because the power scaling is too high.
So essentially it doesn't matter if Goku is right or not. He won he gets to decide. If anything Super does actually build on this to improve the writing a bit.
For instance in some of those other Universes. Their version of Vegeta basically won instead of their Goku. Some of their Frieza's won. Even someone like Beerus has his own counterparts in other universes. So it used the plain jane crappy story in DBZ to tell multiple better stories through the other universes using the one we know as a base.
Writing and story isn't really it's strong points,. It's kind of that the World Building and Character Design was so good it carried all of the bad elements of the show. It also ran past the series end multiple times so it became less thought out as it ran.
