Good video. I like my 590. I haven't done anything to the muffler, but I gained a lot with the Red Beard air filter. The saw responded very well. So I turned the hi and low jet's in all the way. Didn't do anything to the limiter caps on the carb yet. But I'll get there, the saw has a lot more in it.
Cool video! Looks like a great saw. Great shots of the trees falling! I thought it was really cool how you used another tree to try and knock the one that was stuck down!
I got a cs 590. It will flood easy if you forget to turn the stop switch to on and crank it. Once it floods remove the spark plug and dry it out. Other than that it’s a real ripper. Super strong saw. I’d love to find a place that sells ported mufflers for it. More power.
Got one its a great saw . My think of a muffler mod brings out the power the saw has . Handel a 24 in bar well . We must think alike same saw same tractor wish I had some of that oak you have I have beach rock maple red maple very little oak. But I'm up I Maine oak seem to be the further south you go. Great videos safe safe .
To make your saw last longer. Please remove the carburetor jet limiter sleeves trim the tabs and put them back in place. I have a video on it Get that carburetor so you can full adjust it and they live forever Don’t even have to do a muffler mod like I do

I love the 590. I would recommend doing a muffler mod it really wakes up!

Thanks! I tried to knock the other one all the way to the ground, but it ended up requiring a lot more work.

What size bar did you have on it at that particular time you shot the video?
It was a 20" bar.
