We collected a MXR 550w 2 days ago and the chain tensioner was loose in the box. I've had lots of phone calls and emails to them to ask how the spring for the chain tensioner attached to the arm and more importantly the chassis but they are useless and just keep sending me videos that are either for a different bike or not on the right area. Would you be kind enough to send me a picture of upload a video of the bike from underneath so I can see how it attaches as my daughter is desperate to have a ride on it.
Hi my two bikes are in storage my children used in three times and both batteries packed in the company are useless didn't want to help other than sell me new batteries for 380 pounds il see if I can get to the bike but il need your email address to send the picture.
Hi Gary, The chain still looks a wee bit too tight. You need to put some weight on the bike when setting the droop on the chain. This is because when the suspension compresses it automatically tightens the chain and if too tight it will tug,tug at the front sprocket shaft. Might be OK with the kids on it but could be a problem if your Mum and Dad take a spin. We'll look forward to Sharon doing her CBT on it ;) Now that's UNBELEIVABLE .
Hi I recently got one of these but the battery had been left for ages without charge when I went to charg it the charger lights up green is that how it’s ment to be or should it go from red to green
Hi Gary great little video mate just a question is that front brake cable supposed to be in front of the handle bars looks wrong behind ?? Im no expert mate iv looked online and it shows it at the front would not want it to cause accident for kids cheers mate .

Bikes was good but if you are getting one don't leave the battery out in the bike in winter in shed as it kills them take battery inside as replacement batteries ain't cheap.

Same as mine both batteries knackered only had about 3 hours work each new batteries £185 each rip off so I have two new bikes sitting doing nothing.
