Mdm, in our place we call it Ullayaappam. We make it using an Idly pan. After we pour the batter we will decorate it with a mixture of Moong dal, grated coconut and sugar and cook it. ( Mong dal must be fried slightly and washed). It will come out like Idlys and will taste very good... You can also try this in Vattayappam....

Bring frozn coconut to room temperature. then take 1 Cup coconut and 3/4 cup Jaggery .But Fresh coconut will be more tasty..🙄
